SoMa at last

Maka's POV

I punched Asura in the face. He started to crack and glow. He gave me one last smirk but before he died he sent a few bandage like things out. One went through soul's stomach the others going through kid, liz, patty, black⭐️star, and Tsubaki. I screamed for them. This wasn't supposta happen.

I turned around only to find one going through me. I gasped. Then the Keshin exploded.

I woke up screaming and gasping for air. I was sweaty and shaking violently. I brought my knees to my chest and rested my elbows on my knees, resting my head in my hands. I silently began to sob. Soul burst threw my door.

"MAKA! MAKA! WHAT'S WRO-" he shouted.

"Nothing I'm fine. Sorry I woke you." I say shakily without looking up.

Suddenly my bed sunk down a little bit and Soul was sitting next to me.

"Another nightmare?"

I nodded. I've been having one of these blasted nightmares every night this week.... ever since we defeated Asura. They keep getting worse and they seem so real.

He starts rubbing my back. It's sweet of him to try and comfort me but it only makes me go tense. He seems to notice and pulls his hand away.

"Really I'm fine go back to bed." I say as normal as I can. I wipe some tears from my face, still not looking up.

"You don't look fine. Are you sur-"

"Yes I am! Stop worrying I'm fine!" I got irritated and raised my voice a little. I realized what I did.

"Soul, I'm sor-" I start.

"No it's ok. I'll just be in my room. Call if you need anything" he said.

I finally looked up and gave him a smile before he closed my door.

Dammit. Why did I ask him to leave!? Now I just feel lonely and scared. I scolded myself. He was just trying to help. Stupid Maka.

Oh well.

I look at my clock. It's 5:32. I close my eyes hoping I can try and get at least another hour of sleep.

Hey sorry it's kinda short but the story will slowly progress!!!! Spoiler alert! nothing really lovey dovey happens for awhile but I PROMISE IT WILL!! And when it deos it's gonna be adorbs!!! Anyway thanx for reading!! I am a MEGA soul eater fan and I hope to make some more fan fics for kid and Liz, black⭐️star and Tsubaki, and Patty and Crona! but these are big maybes! if I did do them it wouldn't be for awhile. but anyway I'm sure u don't wanna here my useless babbling soo pls commet and vote!
