Kind of a short chap, but I hope you like it! :]
"...wait, wait, wait a minute--"
"I'm leaving." Sayuri muttered as she pushed herself off the hospital bed. She didn't care if she had to limp, or that her arms were coursing with pain, or that she had a bit trouble breathing, or that her head was still pounding, or that her throat ached from speaking so much.
She had to get Sakura Haruno.
"The accident," she heard her brother speak as she reached for the crutch on the side of the bed. "You said something to me?"
She looked at him bewilderedly. "You don't remember those words I told you?"
Kakashi Hatake nodded.
He had a concussion, I guess.

I can't remember what she said at that car crash, Kakashi thought, racking his brain for memories. Was it really that important?
Why was she even in the car with me?
Kakashi ran the possible realities of him and Sayuri sharing the same ride for more than five minutes. The options were narrowed down to a small lot-with Kakashi at the driver's seat, it made it less likely for them to ride together. Why would she ever go into the car with me? Why did I even drive her to-
