Roberta's Blues

Michael's POV
For the past few weeks . Its been pretty cool . The tour has been amazing but ill tell you who hasn't been up to that word amazing ... Roberta ... the other morning i think i heard her throwing up . I didnt say anything because im not sure if i would've been correct or not . Today she hasn't been throwing up she's just hasn't been eating much . I want to think its because we are in another country that she hasn't been feeling well . The amazing part still is that she got up and fed Lyn played with her for a bit and let Lyn play then she layed down on the couch . I asked her if she was ok she said she was tired so i took over . After all I'm Lyn father . After getting Roberta in the bed me and my little angel ran some errands before my show tonight . Now im in lyn room watching Aladdin until i heard a not so nice sound ... Roberta.

Roberta's POV

Out of my career spanning almost over 3 decades I've been just about everywhere in different country , city, town ... anywhere . I've never got so damn sick . This madness started the beginning of this week . I would be ok and my stomach would start to churn . Ginger Ale would help until it didn't so i know its not that I'm in a whole another city . I'm really sick but how .... well i definitely  can't answer my face and hair is in the damn toilet. I haven't felt this bad since .... OH SHIT !!!! I hope and pray that's not the case . You know , you start to think about your sexual "night " or " experience " until you find yourself in situations like this one . I've been soo busy that i haven't really thought about that . That's what puts me in the doubt area but I've had a child before the symptoms were deadly when i found out i was pregnant . These are some of them but it also could be the food here but like i stated already I've been here before i done ate here before so that can't be it . I can't think straight . I'm burning up , i feel better since i emptied myself . I wanna get up but i don't have the strength . At this point i would wish this type of pain on nobody ... so i here i am laying on the floor steady breathing but not for long until a worried Michael walks in and without saying anything he pucks me up gently as ever and lays me back down .

Mike: hey there are you ok ?
Me: i don't know . I don't feel so happy
Mike: you don't look like it either . But no worries I'll get a doctor in here as soon as possible and we'll be able to bring my baby back to being herself. Ill be back with some warm towels and some water ok ?
Me: i want crushed ice please?
Mike: anything for my queen .
Me: wait , where's Lyn ?
Mike: she fell asleep watching Aladdin .
Me: oh ok good . She doesn't need to see me like this.  She be scared of me for the rest of her life .
Mike: hey don't say that . I just don't need two people sick here haha . Everything is going to be ok .
Me: you think so ?
Mike: i know so .

He kisses my forehead and go get what he said he would.  Hopefully this doctor can help me because i feel like im dying ....

Michaels's POV
For the most part today has been ok . Lyn is having a good time thanks to my staff and Malissa. Roberta has slept through the majority of the day . Her doctor is on her way here . Because we are in a whole other country the English isn't the best here . I would be fine with it but in a situation where my wife life is in possible jeopardy i don't want any mistakes. So her doctor agreed to fly out here early this morning and she should be here in a minute .

Malissa: Mike somebody is here
Me: alright . You go wake up Roberta and ill answer the door .
Malissa: ok

Malissa's POV
My poor sugar plump . Is the only thing i can thing i can think of as i walk into their suite which is beautiful by the way . I turn on one of the lamps in their room and all i see is hair from under a white comforter . She hasn't been feeling at all since we got here . I know her all too well . She was trying to ignore it for lyn but she doesn't feel well. I really hope she feels better .

Me: hey love .... honey ?
Roberta: mmmmm
Me: hey the doctor is here for you .
Roberta: ok

She sat up and all i wanted to do was cry . Her face was flushed , a shade lighter than what it usually is . Those big brown eyes were so dark they look black . She had bags under her eyes and ill be the first to tell you that she dont get tired like that and when she do she always make sure her responsibilities are taken care of . Even her being a mother of a very active two year old she still don't look this tired .  Her brown and black hair was in a knot . Please let her get better soon .....

Michael's POV
After letting Dr. Kiles in . I made her comfortable. Now its time for her to solve our biggest problem . We get in the room and everybody had this look of awww babes . Its a real sad sight . Its a good thing grace put Lyn to the bed an hour ago because it wouldn't be a sight i want her be around . She is very sensitive when it comes to her mom .

Dr. Kiles: good evening Roberta.
Roberta: thank goodness . I haven't been more happier to see a doctor in my life .
Dr. Kiles : it seems like you need me .
Roberta: i do but i don't think it was fair to have her come all the way over here just for me .
Dr. Kiles : Roberta , you are my favorite patient . I'm actually trying to figure out why Michael hasn't called me earlier.  You don't look well so while don't we figure it out .
Roberta: ok
Dr. Kiles : I'm going to run some vitals then ill have malissa here help you to the restroom so you cab give a urine sample .  Then I'm going to run some test . When i get back to California i will have the results.  Ok ?
Roberta: ok

She did ok . She did put up a fuss and of course when it was time to to the urine sample she threw up . Gosh she is a mess . After all the testing was done . She gave Roberta medicine .

Dr. Kiles : i gave her a strong dosage of the medicine she needs to be on that until i can get the results i will be in touch for sure.
Me: ok thanks for everything . 
Dr. Kiles: no problem . Im here to help
Me: have a good trip back
Dr. Kiles : i will . Talk to you soon Michael
Me: ok , ill be waiting .

After making sure that malissa was ok in her room . I went and checked on Lyn she was sound asleep . Lastly i got in the bed with my love who was sound asleep. But before i fell asleep i prayed that she can recover soon .

Hope she gets better .....
