Another Baby Shower

Roberta's POV
The next day ...
And just like that we are on baby number three baby shower . Is what I am thinking as Karen is doing my hair in beach wet curls . I am dressed in a summer light pink dress that is a floral dress . I have on white heel sandals that shows off my pink pedicure to go with my pink manicure fingers . I have on light makeup and bubble gum pink lip gloss to go with my light pink eye shadow . I have an amazing glam squad hahaha. My princess has on a white and pink dress with white sandals to go with her pink toes and fingers hahaha and curly hair and a pink headband to go on top of her pretty head . My prince has on white shorts and a pink button up collared shortsleeved shirt and white nike sneakers . There so adorable sigh.. and my husband who was just complaining as usual about getting his hair done which by the way he got it cut ! He looks so handsome in his white buttoned up short sleeve shirt and black pants to go with his light pink blazer and light pink shoes . Who knew mike would switch up his style like this . I love it . The baby shower doesn't start until an hour or so and the house is already packed with family and friends and children . I just wish Say'ri was here she would've loved it . Ok Roberta focus .

Michael's POV
Today is baby shower number three . Threes a charm I was told . This baby is very special and so are my other two who have been our main support systems and there only kids . As I look over everything outside the backyard I can't help but to think after all the trouble and hassle this is what we've come to . Still soo much love and support and family and friends . It's wonderful it is . I was in such a deep thought I didn't feel my daughter tugging on my shirt until I looked down and saw her little face that reminds me of her mother who is upstairs getting ready for today's events . I love her for being so strong and optimistic even after what happened she still keeps pushing through .

Me:*looks down at lyn* what is it honey ?
Lyn: what is all of this ? Is it a birthday party ?
Me: *Picks her up* no this is for your baby sister .
Lyn: my baby sister ? Where is she ?
Me: she is in your mommy tummy . She will be here soon though . Are you excited ?
Lyn: yes I can't wait !!

And with that being said she ran off to play with the others as the event was beginning and my wife looking beautiful as ever in her pink dress walked over to me as we greeted our guess . With a great vibe this even already have me excited after all I am having another child hahaha.

Roberta's POV
Oh so many gifts and fun and hours later ..
I am in what is to be created to Maddie's nursery with my mom who did a phenomenal job on this baby shower just as she did in any other events I've had ,we are laying on the floor planning ideas for this room . What's funny is these rooms are about the same size as the rooms in neverland if not bigger . Gosh how I miss that place . My husband is letting me use his lap as a pillow . My brother begged and pleaded with me to let him take Lyn and Rilley with him to his house in Calabasas I said yeah because we both need a break mike and I and he wouldn't stop so I let him be a uncle and take his niece and nephew out. I packed them up kissed them good bye and sent them on their way and now this house is almost completely quiet and it's very weird because they were the noise . They'll be back I don't know when because my brother won't tell me hahaha that man I tell you . As far as Maddie goes she is finally sleeping . She has been active as a basketball player all day . I guess because of all the excitement. She is sleeping and now I can relax and think hahaha. There are soo many gifts and it's for all three of them too how sweet ! I am too beat to even get them although I opened some down stairs and once again my mom just has to outshines everybody with her gift which is a time share for all three of them for DisneyWorld . Mike got me a Cartier bracelet with all three of their names engraved in it and a pandora necklace with his birthstone engraved and because I can't fit my ring anymore he fitted my ring and added another one with his birthstone in it . He's the best y'all !!
Mom: so now that we got this day out the way . What are you going to do for your birthday ?
Me: Well the doctor did say that Maddie is suppose to come around my birthday which would be super neat if she did . But other than that I haven't really thought of anything .
Mom: oh did she ?! That's wonderful baby ! We'll celebrate before then . Just in case
Me: ok that sounds fun and so does a nap hahaha
Mom: indeed did you want me to help you to your room ?
Me: yeah please

She helped me up and I changed my clothes and got in bed and she prayed with me for a while I ended up falling asleep in her arms something I haven't done in soo long it felt soo good to do so too . I also won't be up for the rest of the night because I am beat so good night .

Michael's POV
Today like I knew what was going to happen was a success. We received soo many gifts and blessings that it has taken an overwhelming feeling on Roberta and I . After a long beautiful day Roberta is laying in her mother's arms sleeping so peacefully that I am amazed by what i see . She needed this . Just time to rest . After making sure Roberta was all the way sleep Karen kissed her daughter on her forehead and tucked her in such a sight and walked out of the room and I made sure she got home safely . Afterwards I then too climbed in bed with my wife and went to sleep snuggling next to her and our little butterfly Maddie .
Today's has been so very good for that I am thankful 🙌🏽
