Lilac's POV

"I don't know how parents can deal with their kids." I finally lay back on the couch and sigh.

My husband smiles over me. "Come on, she's nothing but an angel. Truly a gem."

"That's what you said when she was born. 'Truly a gem'."

"Oh is that why you named her after a gem."

"Hey, it's my favorite." I laugh softly careful not to disrupt my baby girl sleeping in my arms.

"I'll keep that in mind then."

I sit up. "No. Will, no more expensive gifts or items or something that 'accidentally' ended up in my drawer."

"Money isn't my problem, baby." Will lifts up Emerald.

"You're turning into your dad."

"Oh please, I'll never be heartless like him." He rolled his eyes.

"Not that way. Just successful. And strong." I stare at him holding my daughter admiringly.

He smiled down at her. "We both ended up successful and strong, Lilac."

Emerald stared up to Will and smiled.

The front door slammed open and I got up immediately and gasped.

"Yo!"

"Landon! You actually scared me half to death." I yelled at him angrily.

"Hey little sister!"

I groaned. I was way past all of the 'little sister' stuff.

"You're legit only older by a few minutes."

"Key word. 'Older'." He laughed.

"Lilac! Oh my gosh! It's been months!"

I saw Aria walk in with her twins hand in hand.

I run towards her and give her a huge hug. "How was your long vacation in which I wasn't invited too." I said pretending to be hurt.

"Great!" She grinned.

I knelt down to the twins.

"Hey!"

Julian and Nalia both hugged me and screeched.

Will and Landon were talking.

I faced back to Aria. "Hey, where's Nina and Lynn."

"Ugh. You know them, they take forever."

"Excuse me. Who?" Nina walked through the front door that was opened still.

"I hope it wasn't us." Lynn walked in behind her and put his hands on her waist.

"Oh trust me,"

"It was about you." Aria finished my sentence.

I looked down at Nina's hand.

"Oh my god. He's actually adorable." Aria and I knelt down to Nina's son's height.

He was 2 years old.

"Kyle!" Julian popped out of no where along with Nalia.

Kyle stepped back to his mom's leg.

"Hey, go play, dude!" Lynn smiled down to his son.

"Ok well. Come on, to the living room!" I point towards the room.

Nina gasped when she saw little Emerald in Will's arms.
