"You drag me out in the middle of the night just so we can explore an abandoned lighthouse, but we get locked in causing us to stay the night and I end up falling asleep on you."

Writer: Britt

Bryce POV:

You know most people would be happily sleeping in their nice, warm beds at like 1:30 in the morning. Not having to worry about anything but catching up on some much needed sleep. Especially not having to worry about one of their friends coming and waking them up in the middle of the night hopefully.

But unfortunately for me, I was awoken from my slumber by a certain brown haired man.

Luke, Jon, Ryan, and I decided to take a small vacation together. We all agreed on going to a beach in southern Georgia. (Yes I've been to a beach or two in Georgia but I'm not going to name any specific ones in the story) It was a small beach with an old lighthouse sitting on the edge of the water. Rocks of many shapes and sizes made a wall between the water and the abandoned building. Our hotel wasn't too far away thankfully; it was in walking distance.

Once we had gotten to the hotel, we got our key cards and walked to our rooms. We had decided beforehand that Luke and Jon would share a room while Ryan and I shared another. Which thankfully when we walked in our room, there were two beds instead of one. (Hehehe sorry no dirtyness huns 😋)

Once we were settled in, we went and hung out at the beach for while.

Luke and Jon were playing around in the water splashing each other; after a bit they were in the sand making sandcastles and drawing indecent pictures in the sand. I mostly just sat on a beach towel that I had laid down, but I would go and swim for a bit. Ryan, on the other hand, mostly joined in with Luke and Jon but after a while he just sat in the sand next to my towel staring at the abandoned lighthouse. He looked as if he was studying it or something.

I walked over to my purple, beach towel and sat down next to him. "Hey, why're staring at the lighthouse?" He shrugged.

"I don't know....there's just something weird about it but still cool." Ryan chuckled.

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah I guess, but it's also really creepy looking. I mean just look at it."

"I have been looking at it," he chuckled again, "and I think it's cool looking."

"Yeah whatever weirdo." I laughed.

"Hmm....I wonder what it looks like inside." He said with a smirk.

"It probably looks even creepier." I shivered slightly.

Ryan laughed. "Oh come on, don't be a baby Bryce. It's not like it's a haunted house or something."

I crossed my arms and frowned. "I'm not being a baby. It just looks creepy so therefore the inside is probably creepy."

"Don't judge a book by it's cover, Brycey~" He chuckled getting up.

I felt my cheeks get a bit warm from hearing that nickname, but I quickly recovered and got up as well picking up and folding the beach towel.

By the time we were done hanging out at the beach, it was getting dark so we stopped to get something to eat then started heading back to the hotel.

I was sleeping peacefully in the large bed...that was until somebody shook me. I didn't want to wake up yet. I was too tired from being in sun all day, but the person wouldn't stop so I finally gave in. I groaned slightly opening an eye to see Ohm with a mischievous smirk on his face. I sat up rubbing my eyes and looked at him. "Ryan? What time is it?" I asked looking around for my phone.
