We were walking by the beach with hands interwined, a comfortable silence accompanying us as I zoned out and thought about how Yoongi had never been the type to show lots of sentiment towards other, even though he meant well inside. I was already five months into pregnancy, and a baby bump was already evident no matter what type of clothes I wear.
Yoongi was by far the laziest person I knew but when it comes to things that he was passionate about, just like his music, and the moment I showed him the pregnancy result, he made sure to keep me in check all the time, even if it meant waking up in the middle of the night to make me buffalo wings just because I had craved it and much to my surprise, I never heard a single complaint. Even the rest of BTS couldn't believe my stories when they came over to our house for dinner. The boys ranted on how Yoongi would release an endless string of profanities if someone ever dared to wake him up and would continuously curse them afterwards.
A few days ago, when we coming home around midnight after Yoongi brought me to a small restaurant because I craved for samgyupsal at 10 in the evening, Yoongi had practically jumped on the bed landing on his stomach and falling asleep at once even before I could've taken another step. Typical Yoongi.
A few hours later, I heard Yoongi calling out my name multiple times so I opened my left eye a little bit to take a peek at him as he sat down next to me and laid a hand on my now growing tummy.
"Hey there buddy..." he started off, looking deep in thought "...I know you might not understand this yet but I already love you more than anything in this world. Perhaps besides Y/N, but I still love you both so much and you two mean the world to me."
Yoongi then proceeds to softly sing a lullaby while rubbing my belly for a good ten minutes.
"Goodnight, Y/B/N. I love you." He lied back down on the bed and placed his arm on my tummy.
"I didn't know you could sing like that. " I said as he jerked his head up in embarrassment.
"You heard all of that?" He groaned, diving his head into his pillow.
"Of course. By the way, we love you too." I smiled as I snuggled into his arms.
