well, given the fact na it's from a robuchon name and three-star michelin rated, we pay close attention to every detail of our dish, we have well-mannered and professional service staffs tapos yung location selling point din, it's situated on the dome of the hotel, high floor, most tables are window side with floor to ceiling glass panels kaya it has the perfect view of macau peninsula especially pag may fireworks display lalo pag september, different countries participate in the fireworks show, they said there was a year na nag-champion ang pinas, and we have limited seating lang kasi every guest should be given great attention in every aspect to make their dining experience unforgettable and we have to make sure na paglabas nila ng resto they would see that a cod fish is not just a fish anymore. uhh sorry i'm blabbering.... baka na-bore kita. anyway basta ganun....

ahh.... akala ko specialty nung resto. whiskeys. we have a wide range of single malt, japanese blends, scotch blends, irish, bourbons and taiwanese blends. we don't serve much cocktails kasi mga businessmen ang market namin although we have the usual cosmo, margarita, long island and mojito. tsaka cigars cuban and dominican.

coming from a chef working in a michelin star kitchen i'll take your word. but their salmon is just a so-so for me.
