I really enjoyed Cassie's POV. I especially loved the music videos you added from youtube. I listened to the songs while reading the chapter. It helped with the ambiance :D

Title: Saving Cassie - If you read this story, you'll understand why this is the perfect title.

Genre: Werewolf

Blurb: I like what the blurb is trying to say, but it could use a bit of editing to help the words flow a little better.

Cover: I think it's off to a great start, but could be improved. I like the type style though! The cityscape is good too, I just don't think the characters match up with the story.

CHARACTERS:

All of the characters were very realistic. I could imagine them for the most part.

Cassie: She's bold, crass, sarcastic and sometimes downright annoying, but I love her. She's very real and that's why I enjoy reading from her POV. Her flaws make her beautiful and three dimensional.

Gracie: She's a mess and reminds me of a friend of mine. The type of friend you have a love/hate relationship with. 

Jace: Insecure, abusive douchebag. Enough said. I've encountered plenty of these guys.

Mr. Smartydoctorsexypants: No that's not his real name, but he is a hot doctor who is also Cassie's protector. His name is Heath and I love him. :P

PLOT

The plot deals with some tough issues and are portrayed so realistically, that I feel like I know what it's like to get high (never been) or feel what it's like to be Cassie. I like that it has a werewolf twist. It adds a little something extra to the story. I really enjoyed the plot. It kept me reading, wanting to know more.

GRAMMAR / SPELLING / PUNCTUATION

There were a few grammatical errors and some incomplete sentences, but it was nothing that can't be fixed by a little more editing. The spelling was good. I didn't notice any issues with that.

OVERALL IMPRESSION

It's very well written. It's only lacking in a few more descriptions: characters (don't rely too much on photos to describe them), the places they go, feelings. I felt like there was more telling than showing sometimes. All in all though, this story has a great voice. The characters are real and flawed, which makes them amazing! The author has a great way of telling a tale and a shows great promise. Can't wait to read more of her work. Please check it out below!
