Author's Note
Hello readers! (:
I truly hope you are enjoying the story so far. It's got a long way to go... kind of.
I wanted to inform you guys on something. After weeks and weeks of thinking this through, I have finally decided to make You & I into a short story. Yes, yes, I was focusing on making this novel go far but it, honestly, isn't reaching to my expectations. I'm not quite sure about you guys but I'm just not in love with the plot. Again, this is my first story so I kind of expected this to happen lol.
Therefore, this book will only reach about probably 30 chapters and then bam. It's finished. I definitely was planning on making this a trilogy and I had the perfect titles for the sequels too but my heart just wasn't into the story. :/ I will continue and complete You & I but it will just end there. No sequel, no bonus chapters, nothing.
I'm sorry if you are disappointed with the outcome but I don't know what my readers are thinking considering they're obvious silent readers and decide not to comment and/or vote... which irritates me a little bit. In order for me to continue the story I would need feedback so I know you guys like it and I get motivated enough to update faster and publish longer chapters.
In conclusion, I have decided to make a vote/reads goal. Like, I would need this amount of whatever in order for me to update the next chapter. For now, it will just be reads. But as the story goes on and it gets closer to the end I will include vote goals. I really don't care for comments, all I need is votes so I know you guys are actually reading my story and are somewhat amused by it.
So to sum up this long and aggravating author's note, You & I has become a short story and the maximum chapters it will have is probably 30; somewhere around there. And, there will be future vote/read goals.
