So you know how scientists think color might be something our brains make up? So, blue to me might not actually be the same as blue to you?

What if it's the same with tastes?
So like grapes might tastes one way to me and another way to you
And if you think about this longer, maybe that's why we all have different favorite colors. Maybe our brains are actually all attracted to one color but since they'd be different for everyone, we think we have different favorite colors. If that makes sense.
But we actually all have the same favorite color.
But at the same time, how is it possible that we all see different colors? We all know black is the absolute darkest color, right? This theory would work for colors in the rainbow and basically anything else except for black and white because we know that those are the darkest and lightest colors.
But, there are colors that we can't even see (there's a lizard that can see about twenty more of them than us.) so black and white might not actually be the darkest and lightest out of all the colors possible, including ones we can't see.
It's hard to imagine a color darker than black or lighter than white, but who knows? It's impossible to think of a whole new color that isn't a mix of two so there could be something that is darker or lighter than what we thought was possible.
Don't go insane trying to think of a color that you haven't seen before/ that isn't a mix of two other colors. That would be extremely bad.
And, we don't actually see different colors do we? We might see certain things different from what others see them but we still would have the same colors of the rainbow in our sight somewhere, so we still see the same colors. But that doesn't make sense, does it? Because how could everyone on earth see things differently but we all see the same general colors?
So that lizard I was talking about earlier? Maybe it can see 20 more colors than one person, but another can see them all
