Your POV:

You were in your room at the skelebros' house, humming softly. You were.

"You have my eyes, you have your mother's name...." You sang quietly. Dang it! Dear Theodosia was so fr*cking sad!

After a few minutes, Papy called that dinner was ready. "Coming!" You said.

"Ugh. Why is she still here?" Sans groaned. "It's been a year and a half, get used to it." You said, rolling your eyes, annoyed. Sans repeated the gesture and sat down to eat, muttering swears under his breath.

"Idiot. Just go dig yourself a hole and die in it, will ya?" He muttered. You gasped and stiffened, repressed memories flooding back.

"Just dig a hole and die in it, why don't you?"

"You idiot, can't do anything right!"

"F*ck off, ya little b*tch! What are you doing here?"

You immediately stood up.

"WELL I'M SORRY I WAS BORN! I'M SORRY I'M TRESPASSING IN YOUR HOUSE! IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED, I TRY TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY AS MUCH AS I CAN, I TRY NOT TO BE A NUSINCE! I'M IN MY ROOM MOST OF THE TIME!" You yelled, losing it, tears spilling down your face. Sans looked shocked, but you weren't finished just yet. "WHY DO YOU HATE ME SO MUCH?! WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE TO YOU?! ....What have I ever done to you...?" You whispered, eyes red. Sans opened his mouth, but you were already sprinting to the door, crying.

"Y/n! Wait!" He yelled, running after you.

Sans' POV:

I chased after her, but I lost her when she got into Snowdin forest. "Y/n!" I yelled. She ignored me, running deeper into the forest. I stopped in my tracks, listening to see if I could hear where she was. I heard soft breathing and sobbing. Sh*t. I feel bad now.

"Y/n...?" I asked softly, coming to a clearing. She looked at me, tears streaming down her face, her eyes puffy and red. She was sitting on a large tree stump. "I-I'm sorry." I said, looking at my feet, ashamed.

"I've treated you terribly this whole time, for a reason I barely know." I said sadly. "W-what reason?" The h/c girl sniffled.

"I just, I've never felt like this with anyone else! You make me feel all nauseous, and my face gets all hot and red when you're around. It's so annoying, and I can't control it. I'm sorry." I finished. She blushed bright pink. "Do you know what's happening to me?" I asked finally.

"I think so..." She replied. "I think... you might be in love. I felt like this once too, but he...he ended up being a bad person. I don't think you're a bad person, though." She said, smiling softly at me. I blushed too.

"Then...do you love me...?" I asked, already guessing the answer, and bracing for it. "....Yes." Y/n said, considering it for a split second. I looked up, incredulous. She smiled at me, standing up. I took her hand gently.

"Uhhh..." I said, flustered.

"Do you have a map?" She asked softly, gazing at me.

"Because I'm lost in your eyes." She finished, putting her hands around my neck, pulling me closer and kissing me. I was to surprised to do anything, but returned the kiss after a while.

We then walked home, hand in hand.
