"I'm fine, Mom, really." Boruto kept reassuring his parents as they helped him move boxes into his dorm room. Hinata smiled, though she was worried about her son, saying she was protective would be an understatement.

"You've really grown so much. I can't believe you're a senior already." Her lips spoke, as her lavender colored eyes began to glisten, Boruto knew that she was moments away from crying into his dads arms.

Naruto laughed at his wife, "Come on, Hime. You do this every year." Her bottom lip pouted as she said, "My Bolt grew up too fast, I still remember his first day of school."

"Hime." His father laughed while pulling her into a hug. Boruto rolled his eyes while laughing, loving the fact that his parents had been married for so long, and were still so obviously in love.

"You guys should be with Himawari, you know she's probably taking it a lot harder than I am." Boruto said truthfully, though he hoped they'd get the hint that he no longer wanted their help, as he saw the group of girls walking past his opened door. "He's right, Naruto. But, we'll be coming back before we leave."

His mom said while hugging him tightly, making him smile while nodding his head. Naruto ruffled his unruly hair, before trailing behind his wife, leaving his son in his room.

Sighing he laid against his bed, and closed his eyes, before feeling his phone vibrate from an incoming text. "Dude have you seen Chocho, Sumire, and Sarada? I don't know what they did over the summer, but man!" -Shika

Boruto laughed before sliding his phone back into his pocket, and walking toward his door, where he saw the hallway packed with families as usual. Knocking on the door right next to his room, he was met with Temari's soft smile, and a polite hug. "Hello, Boruto."
"Hey, Ms. Temari. Sorry if I'm disrupting."

"You're fine, we were just saying our
g-goodbyes." She said as her voice cracked, making him notice that she had obviously been crying. Everyone's mom did the same thing every single year.

"Son don't be troublesome, and call your mother. She'll be down my back if you don't. I love you, bye." Shikamaru said, but right as he finished hugging Dai, Temari hit him in the head. She scolded him as they walked out of the door.

"What did you mean by that text?" Boruto asked while plopping down on his friends couch, as he folded his clothes, and put them in his dresser.

"I saw all of them walking toward the boarding office to get their dorm keys. Boruto, I don't think you understand how much they have changed. You know Sarada? She's starting to look like her mom." When he said that, Boruto blushed as he was reminded of his crush on Mrs. Uchiha.

Laughing awkwardly, he shook his head.
"You're lying. You expect me to believe she changed that much over a few months?" He shrugged, "Okay. All I'm saying is when you see her, you'll regret not realizing she had a crush on you." Someone knocked on his door, "Can you get that?" He asked Bolt as he moved a heavy box. "I'm not getting up."
"Lazy ass." He said walking toward it,
"You're one to talk." Bolt said as his friend opened the door. "Shika!"

They heard ChoCho obnoxiously yell, before she hugged him tightly. Though he had seen her recently, he realized that Shika was right, she had changed a lot. Cho had obviously been working out, and her natural curves only seemed to be more enhanced. Shikadai blushed as her body pressed against his, while she smiled brightly.

When she pulled away from him, she noticed Boruto, and smiled. "Boruto!" He laughed as they hugged, "We just saw each other last week Cho." She pulled away shrugging. "So? I barely saw you at all over the summer."
