Trigger warning: Ab*se
"Woah, who are you trying to impress?" Haron asked with a chuckle leaving his lips as his hands zipped up Sarada's jacket, covering her once exposed chest. She glanced at her friend with a blush on her face, and wondered why he suddenly had a problem with what she wore to workout in.
Though it did expose some skin, it never seemed to bother him before.
"I just got done working out." She said quietly, making him shrug, before throwing his arm over her shoulders.
Cho cleared her throat, "So, um, are you both doing anything special for Christmas break?" Sarada shook her head and said, "No, I'm just hanging with-" Before she was interrupted by Haron, "Actually, I was planning a getaway a few days after Christmas." She just looked up at him.
They hadn't talked about doing anything he was mentioning, and their break was in three days. It had been a month since he hit her, and though he hadn't done it again, nothing was the same.
Unlike before, now she was obviously scared of him, and his jealousy only seemed to worsen.
Their relationship was based on fear, and she always felt like she was walking on eggshells around him.
Sarada also hadn't held a single conversation with Boruto since the dance, and she didn't dare to even look in his direction when she was in the presence of Haron. She was practically living in fear, and she didn't know what to do.
If this were anyone else in this position she would tell them to break up with him before things got too bad, only she couldn't. After he hit her, he made up for it, and said he'd never do it again. Since he hadn't done so since, she was convinced that he was being truthful.
Honestly he had been a lot more nice to her, only Sarada was failing to realize that it was manipulation, and gaslighting. Whenever he spoke to her, he used a calm tone while being condescending, just like the comment he had made about her outfit, and it made her feel like she was going crazy. His words would make her feel bad, but she would think that she was just being too sensitive, because he had said it somewhat nicely.
Cho looked at the both of them, and smiled feignly as she became uncomfortable by the second, "Well I hope you two have fun, but not too much that is." Haron laughed and kissed his girlfriend's forehead, as she tried to feign happiness with a smile on her lips.
"Of course, Cho."
"Well I'll see you two later. Bye, Sarada." She said while hugging her friend, "Bye, Cho."
"How was your workout?" He asked, "Good. How was work?" He had gotten a part-time job, working at the coffee bodega on campus.
"Good, I hope you worked up an appetite, I wanted to take you out for dinner, if that's okay?" She smiled up at him, "Sure, I just have to shower really quick, I'll see you in the lobby around six?" He nodded before kissing her lips, "Okay, see you then, Baby."

"You look beautiful." Sarada heard as she stood in the lobby of the building. Turning around, she was met with a pair of beautiful ocean blue eyes.
"T-Thanks, Boruto." He smiled brightly while taking a step toward her, "How have you been? We haven't talked in a while."
She looked at the clock behind him, to see that Haron would be there in less than five minutes. "I've been good. You?"
"I've been alright, I feel like we haven't talked in ages, are you avoiding me?" He joked, making her blush, "O-of course not! I've just been really busy, you know?"
He nodded, "Are you and Haron, on the way out to some place fancy?" She nodded while looking down at her dark red dress, "I think, he just told me to wear something nice. I guess it's somewhat of a surprise."
