"Oh my God, why did you even do that?" Himawari asked her brother, as the two of them sat at a diner a few miles away from their school's campus. It was the morning after their dance, and after the after party they both were more than hungover.
After the dance, everyone had heard about what happened, and rumors began to explode.
Everyone had come up with rumors, but one of them brought up the abuse that had occurred in his car the night before. Though it was true, Boruto alongside everyone else assumed it was just another stupid rumor. Boruto just refused to believe that Haron was actually stupid enough to lay a hand on his friend.

"Could you not sound like mom for a second?" She just rolled her blue eyes, and drank some of her orange juice. "Just wait until she hears about this." He shook his head, "Don't you dare." Hima sighed, "Fine."
"But still, I feel bad for Sarada." She said making her brother shrug. He couldn't stop replaying the kiss, and remembering how she kissed him back. That kiss meant something to the both of them, whether or not she wanted to admit it. "You shouldn't, she's fine. Her and Haron will bounce back, like they always do."
He said while stabbing his fork into his waffles.

"Why the animosity?" She asked, "Because he doesn't deserve her. Did you see the way he wanted to explode yesterday? He embarrassed her in front of everyone." He said, just thinking of everything he did wrong last night.
"Yeah, did you hear that rumor?" He nodded while drinking his coffee, "Yeah, you don't think it's true do you?" She shrugged her shoulders, "I doubt that it's true, but I hope that she's okay nonetheless." She nodded,
"Me too. His temper is off the wall."
"Okay, but if anything it was your fault."
She said with a shrug, "How is his temper my fault?"

"His temper isn't, but you put her in that situation by kissing her in front of the entire school. If anything, you embarrassed her."
She said with a shrug. Boruto just rolled his eyes, though he knew that she was right.
"Shut up. I was drunk."
"That shouldn't excuse your actions."
He sighed, knowing she was right. "Just eat your pancakes." She laughed while taking a bite from them. "Have you even talked to Sarada?" He asked her, making her shake her head.

"No, no one has. She wasn't even in her dorm this morning." Bolt nodded, "That's weird, she almost always goes for her morning run."
"Don't worry though. Haron and her were probably just making up." She said while wiggling her eyebrows, "Stop." He groaned,
"Aw don't be jealous." Boruto's eyebrows scrunched, "I'm not. I just know that you better not be, "Making up." With anyone, any time soon." She laughed, "What you don't know, won't kill you." Boruto almost choked on his waffle, and she laughed at his reaction.

"What are you saying, Hima?"
"I said what I said, Oniichan." She said while playfully winking at her brother. "I didn't know you liked that kid. What's his name? Han?"
She shook her head, "Oh I don't, he's just a friend." His eyebrows scrunched in confusion,
"Then who has captured my little sister's eye? Is he in your grade?" She laughed, "I'm not telling you anything." He pouted his bottom lip, "Aw why? I promise I won't tell mom."
She shrugged, "Actually, Mom knows. I just don't want you or dad to know."

Gasping dramatically he said, "Wow! You have to be kidding me. You were the first person to know about my feelings toward Sarada." A sigh left her lips, "Promise me you won't kill him." She said, "I promise." She held out her petite pinky finger, making him smile. "Pinky promise?" He laced his finger with her's, "Promise."
"InoJin and I have been seeing each other for a few months now." His eyes widened in shock, "No." She just giggled, "You're the girl he's always meeting on Saturday's?" She blushed while nodding, "Oh my Goodness." He was at a loss of words at the fact that one of my best friends and his favorite sister were dating.

"I'm guessing it started when you started working together over the summer?"
She nodded with a small smile on her lips, "Yeah, he's a good guy." Bolt nodded in agreement, "He is. I'm happy for you."
She smiled, "I'm surprised you're not upset."
He shook his head, "There's no reason to, Jin is my guy, I know he wouldn't treat you poorly."
"As for dad? Good luck with telling him about you guys. You're his little princess."
"Ugh I know. He treats me like a child."
"Don't get too ahead of yourself. You are a kid." She sighed, "Right when I thought we had made progress." Bolt laughed while shrugging, "You'll always be my little baby sister."
She laughed, "You'll always be my annoying older brother."

"Hey you guys." Boruto said to his friends as they all sat in the girls lounge, watching some horror movie. It was five in the afternoon, and Boruto had just finished doing some homework. "Hey, Bolt." Jin said as he sat next to his sister. Shika and Cho were both asleep embracing each other, while Mitsuki and Sumire were laughing over something.
"What are you all watching?" He asked while sitting on the reclining chair. "I honestly don't even know, Cho picked it out." Bolt nodded as the predictable plot began to unfold.
"Where have you been anyway?" Hima asked, "Just in my dorm doing some homework."
