Chapter 32

"Wha?" Nico, or I guess as it appeared to be in this case, Rock rubbed his head.
Nico also looks uncomfortable in Rock's enormous body.
"Is this normal?" Kitty reaches to comfort him.
The Nico-in-Rock's-body falls back pushing me into CJ. Another pop! Is heard and I look up to see.....me?
"Aw no!" I say in a voice that doesn't feel like my own. "No no no no no!"
I grab a fistful of my hair to confirm that I am, in fact, inhabiting CJ's body.
"Kitty, you might wanna stop trying to comfort Nico before we all end up in the wrong body." The person currently taking residence in Rock's body says.
"CJ?" I ask.
Rock's head turns to me and smiles.
"Ha!" CJ cackles. "How's it feel to be the shrimp of the group now, Lenny?"
"Why you littl-" I start to launch myself at CJ still laughing it up in Rock's tall form.
Nico steps out of the way to avoid me only to crash into Kitty, resulting in another pop! And body swap.
"FREEZE!" Uno shouts, stopping me from completing my attack of the CJ/Rock.
Uno grabs Jyugo and the two of them take a few steps back away from the rest of us.
"Alright." Uno smooths his shirt. "Now, who's who?"
"It's Rock over here." Rock says from Nico's body.
"Kitty over here." I watch my own body wave at me.
"CJ here." CJ sighs from Rock's tall figure.
"It's Lenny, bitches." I snort from CJ's body.
"I'm Nico." Nico smiles as the cat ears on Kitty's head twitch.
"Alright, good." Uno smiles. "Now it appears that every time Nico touches someone, they swap. Is this correct?" He turns to his cellmate who was currently inspecting Kitty's tail.
"Hm? Oh yeah." The Nico/Kitty mutters distractedly.
"Therefore," Uno continues, "we just need Nico to touch everyone in the reverse order and you're all back to normal!"
"You sure that'll work?" Rock asks.
Uno shrugs. "I don't think any of you are causing any body swaps, I'm pretty sure its just Nico's disease." Uno turns back to Nico who is still fascinated by the tail that came equipped to his new body. "Hey Nico, walk over to Kitty in Lenny's body."
Nico nods and does as he's told. We hear another pop! and Kitty is back in her own body. She squeals in excitement.
"You guys are geniuses!" She tackles Uno and Jyugo to the floor in a hug only for another pop! to end her sentence.
CJ and I run over to help our friends back up causing more pop!s to erupt the second our fingertips touch.
I blink and realize I've gained a few inches.
"So tell me, Uno," I wince, "what was that about only Nico causing body swaps?"
