Serena's door opened and Naomi walked inside, a cart with food on it. "Dinner." She muttered. Naomi kicked the door shut and wheeled the metal cart to the bay window where Serena was sitting. There were six bowls of Pokémon food along with two plates of human food. The Pokémon food had crushed purple berries on the top, it was the stupid Hanapa berries that suppressed Pokémon attacks. Traditionally, they were used in times of great trouble, when wild Pokémon were getting hurt and injured all the time. The nurses and all the Pokémon doctors would give a Pokémon crushed Hanapa berry so they could treat it without any danger of an attack by the scared wild Pokémon.

"Eat guys, come on." Serena commanded. Her Pokémon obeyed, eating the food with the berries on top. They winced as their powers were suppressed even further. That's the one thing about Hanapa berries: the strength of the effectiveness grows each time it's eaten. But that's also a drawback. Sudden abandoning of the fruit would allow a Pokemon's power to rush back, unleashing fearsome, powerful attacks as long as the Pokémon had extra stored energy. Pokémon are dangerous when not storing power, they can vaporize an entire building if their power was suppressed for too long before hey use them again.

"I've got some news." Naomi muttered.

"What?" Serena asked, taking a bite into a piece of bread.

"Giovanni and Lysander are going to be away tonight, their going to another region for a couple days. I'm in charge, you can't leave, but you'll be allowed to roam around. If either of us even try leaving, we'll get stopped by a bunch of grunts. I'm strong, but whoever has way bigger numbers always wins. It's the harsh reality of things." Naomi said softly. "Giovanni has got cameras everywhere. We could try and see them." Serena's eyes lit up.

"Really?!" Naomi giggled and nodded. "Oh that would be amazing."

"We'll look tonight then." Naomi muttered. They fell into silence.

"Naomi?" Serena asked.

"Hmm?"

"I've seen your Absol, but what other Pokémon do you have?" Naomi smirked.

"I have a Haxorus, Garchomp, Scizor, Bisharp, and Espeon." She replied.

"Oh wow. Those are strong Pokémon." Serena said. Naomi chuckled.

"Yeah. Giovanni made sure I had real powerful Pokémon. He gave me the Eevee in hopes that it would turn into the powerful fairy type or that I wanted a Jolteon, but I secretly evolved it into Espeon. That's always been my favorite evolution."

"Espeons are really pretty, but I have to say I'm partial to Syleveon myself." Serena giggled. "Eevee evolved into her when I was in a tag battle with Ash. His Pikachu protected her while she was down, and she ended up evolving into Sylveon." Sylveon let out a happy, musical yell.

"She seems really strong. We should have a battle between my Espeon and your Sylveon once we get out of here." Serena grinned.

"It's a deal." Serena agreed. They shook on it.

"We can probably go out now, they've left." Naomi said. Serena nodded and had all of her Pokémon return, then followed Naomi outside. She led the way to the same main room that Serena had met Giovanni and Lysander in a couple weeks ago. Has it really been a couple weeks?

"Over here. Do you have an idea of where they could be?" Naomi asked. Serena shook her head.

"I don't, but we were in Coumarine when they took me." Serena replied.
