Hello wonderful readers! This one, I hope, is long. They're finally at Rivendell! Okay well hope you like!

Julie's PoV:

(Six days later at Rivendell)

Last night, we arrived at Rivendell. The plant worked a bit on slowing down the poisoning from the sword, but the elves fixed my hands for good.

They showed us to our rooms, but though most of us went to sleep, I stayed up and read. Eventually, my energy drained enough for me to doze off.

I woke to knocking on the door. It is not banging, but I am still hesitant on opening the door.

When I open it, I see Sam waiting.

'Morning Julie! Frodo is awake! He says he wants to see you.' Sam says. 'Between you and me, I think he likes you.'

I walk with him over to Frodo's room, where he sits in his bed.

'Sam! Julie!' Frodo exclaims.

I smile lightly and wave to him, though he is right in front of me.

His shoulder is bandaged and he has the ring around his neck on a chain. I hate that ring so much.

I sit in a chair in front of his bed and Sam is on his knees on the side.

'What happened to your hands?' Frodo asks me. I realize they are slightly bandaged from the elves fixing them yesterday.

'Oh... Um... They... They got...' I stutter.

'She had an accident involving a rock a couple days ago.' Sam interjects. I look at him and he gives me a thumbs up while I nod.

'Oh well good thing the elves fixed it.' Frodo says as he smiles.

'Well, I going to go, and leave you two to catch up and stuff.' I say quietly, patting Frodo's covered foot.

I walk out and try to find my way back to my room. I soon find my way into a courtyard and decide to just walk around a bit. As I walk past a bush, I bump into someone abruptly. He drops some apples and I help pick them up.

'Oh! I am sorry. I just bump into a lot of people.' I apologize quickly.

I reach for an apple and look at the person.

'Make that you always bump into me Julie.' Pippin says.

Pippins PoV:

I was right, she does always bump into me, and I always seem to drop stuff.

'It's alright. You can keep an apple, I just went to get some for me and Merry.' I say.

'Oh, well- o-okay Pippin. Whatever you say. Sorry about that.' She said.

We stand there for a while, before she sighs.

'Well, is it okay if I go? I kind of... have to... go.' She says, her words fading.

'Sure. See you around Julie.' I say, and she turns around and walks away.

'Right there Pippin! You could've told her then and there!' I hear Merry behind me.

Turning around, he takes an apple from my hand.

'What are you doing here?' I ask.

'You took to long, so I came to look for you, and I saw you and her awkwardness.' Merry says.

'I don't know what your talking about.' I tell him, starting to walk away.

'Suure you do. If you like her, you can tell me. I won't tell her.' He promises as he walks next to me.
