Chapter 20 :

At the hospital wing:

"What?"

"He's angry, very angry... Plus there's something more that's going on in Malfoy Manor"  Harry rubbed his scar.

Hermione was pacing around, trying to figure out the problem.

"What is it Mione?" Ron asked.

"Do you remember how I ran out of the great hall during breakfast?" She asked.

Both of them nodded

"Blimey, we forgot to ask you! Who did you see in the Map ?" Ron asked curiously.

"I saw Lucius Malfoy."

Harry and Ron's jaw dropped.

Seconds passed by, still there was no reaction. Sighing, Hermione continued," Lucius Malfoy, Prof. Snape and Prof. McGonagall were at Dumbledore's office. They were discussing something very important." she looked at Harry's scar. He was right. "I feel it's related to the recent happenings in Malfoy Manor. I mean how possibly can Mr Malfoy leave behind his pride and come to Dumbledore for help? Think about it."

"Well, how did you know he was asking for help? Did you eavesdrop their conversation?" Harry just couldn't comprehend how the mighty Lucius Malfoy would want help from the Order's King.

Hermione sighed, "I tried to eavesdrop, but couldn't, just heard few words... "

Ron couldn't hold his curiosity anymore, "Well what did you hear Mione, tell us fast ??"

Both Harry & Hermoine narrowed their eyes at Ron.

Really Ronald Weasely can be thick sometimes!!!

"I heard Mr Malfoy asking for help and Dumbledore asking him to hold on his promise and something was really strange, Prof McGonagall..." She hesitated.

Both of her best friends nodded her to continue.

"She said that Muggles will be the best option. And honestly, I don't understand. How can muggles be dragged into this matter?"

"Muggles really? But purebloods like Malfoys hate muggleborns! This is something very contradicting." Harry was really shocked.

"Well my father knows alot about Muggles, as he works in The misuse of Muggle Artifacts department. Maybe he can help us."

Harry and Hermione were so stunned!

Really no one can predict Ronald Weasely, he may act dumb all the times but sometimes he comes up with the brilliant ideas.

"Well, that's brilliant Ron!" Harry patted his back.

Something suddenly clicked her mind, "Merlin, how can I forget? Mr. Malfoy gave his memories to Dumbledore.
I'm sure we can find it in his office."

Harry nodded, "Yes, we can view those memories in the pensieve (a large bowl like object to view past memories)
Last year I found that accidentally in his office."

"So, when should we go?" Ron asked.

"How about today ?" Harry immediately shut his mouth after gaining a death glare from Hermione.

"No way Harry, you are not coming. You have to rest. Besides, this time I'm sure Ginny will kill all of us !"

The boys sighed.

"So, when are we planning to go Mione ?" Ron asked.

"I'll be the only one going tonight. If we go in group, chances are more of getting caught. Hope you guys understand. And Harry I'll need your invisibility cloak." Hermione said in her bossy-miss-know-it-all attitude.

There was definitely nothing they could  do to argue, when she already made her mind.

They simply nodded in defeat, after all she is the bossy, know-it-all and the brightest witch of the generation. And listening her commands have always benefitted them. Or more, saved their lives.

"Speaking of Ginny, where is she?" Harry asked.

"She just went to the great hall to thank Malfoy!" Ron answered sourly.

"What? Malfoy? Why ?" Harry was utterly confused as to why would his fierce girlfriend thank his arch enemy.

Hermione then said him everything that occured after he was brought to the hospital wing.

Shock was evident on Harry's face when he learned about Malfoy's sudden change of behaviour.

Just then Ginny Weasely stormed in the hospital wing. She directly made her way to Harry, giving him a quick peck on lips.

"You're finally awake" said Ginny in relief.

"Yes, feeling much better." Harry smiled at his lady love.

"So, Ginny, how did your talk with Malfoy go ?" Ron, suddenly seemed very interested in Malfoy.

"It was bloody weird, as I was about to thank him, that moron Blaise Zabini interrupted me and took Malfoy away.

Oh and Malfoy looked like he was about to cry, he just ran off from the great hall."

All the three of them, except Ginny were now alarmed!!

Malfoy Manor was the only thing in their minds now.
