I hang up after talking to Winter,I look up and catch Craig staring at me.

"How is she coping up?"

"Good,i guess"

"Wow,she sure is one heck of a girl"

"What.."i furrow my brows looking up from my phone "...do you mean?"

He stops for a second,wiping grease off his hands before turning to face me.

"You dont know??"

"Know what?"I say my eyes widening as my brows automatically rise.

"She broke up with Russ just last week"

"Shut up!"i say reaping off the counter,"you serious?"

"Yeah,it was hardcore and i hear she was a mess"

My mouth was agape the whole time as Craig explained to me what went down.

"She just let him walk away like that,but he talked about not giving up on her tho"

I sigh heavily,feeling a wave of hatred for Russ.Winter is my bestfriend and everything that's going on with her affects me too and her being so heartbroken and not telling me was like a brow in the face.

"I cant believe she didnt tell me" I whisper and Craig removes a big pot from the stove,before turning to me.

"She was in her room for 7 days straight,had her phone on flight mode,i choose to believe she decided to cut everyone out,cause of the state she was in."

Well,if she dont want me in on this problem then fuck it,let it be that way then.

"Well,lunch is served princess"

He says placing a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs on the counter before me,and the sauce was just so good.

"You know am on diet right?I'm trying to maintain my current shape"
I say looking at Craig who had a fork full of spaghetti,half way to his mouth.He quickly sets it down,before turning to face me,one eyebrow raised.

"Well not exactly...but you know what i mean,am not on Diet,....just on a diet,i'll just shut up now"

Craig rolls his eyes at me,"you are cute" he says turning back to his food.

The weekend went by real quick and soon,i was back on campus at my small table doing my assignments.I had my phone on flight mode after Craig kept on distructing me.

The door flew open and Lex walks,almost shocked to see me.

"Wow,you back?"

"Well i missed you too"I say turning back to my folder.

"You've missed nine days of school and yet you have exams coming up next monthend,before you go into second year"

I roll my eyes before wheeling my chair around to face him.
"Geez,sorry dad..just got caught up with living my life" I say with so much sarcasm. "Am here now and I promise to make up for it"

Lex was about to say something when I got a video request from Craig.I quickly fix my hair before Accepting the request.

"Hey babe"I hear him say and my cheeks flush light red.

"Hey you"

"Just called to check on you."
I roll my eyes with a smile.

"Well am fine thank you"
I say and i notice a shadow cloud my space.I look up seeing Lex towering over me.
"Uh,what are you doing?"
