Suge and I stared at each other for what felt like hours. He had a smug look on his face that I just wanted to smack off.
All sins are punishable by death. I thought of that bible verse.
"Time is money that you don't have, Mo. so what's the word?" He finally spoke.
"Suge Knight..." I parted my lips.
"Hmmm?"
"If I were to dance with the devil, that'll make me his accomplice- making whatever he does okay by me. Right?" I asked.
"What're you getting at?" He raised a eyebrow.
"I'm saying my soul is mine to keep. Fuck you and your promises. Your money is stained with blood. I don't know where Michel'le is but since you so big and bad, find her yourself and while you at it, find some help, witcha sick ass." I snarled before walking out the studio.
I made sure to walk as fast as possible because I ain't know how quick this fool was with that gat he kept.
My immediate thought was to contact Pac... tell him everything so he could see what he was dealing with; There was no way in hell he'd believe me though.
Trust me, I wanted nothing more than to retaliate but I had to do things on my own. If I had Suge do it, I would be no better than Aaliyah.
I had to get Michel'le out my crib. Suge's hooligans were bound to pull up to my crib soon looking for her.
I dialed Dijah.
"Hello?" She picked up.
"Tell Mi to get ready, I'm gonna take her to a hotel out of town. I just- Have her call a relative that's not nearby, she gotta get ghost and fast." I spoke, hopping into my car.
"Okay, Mo... you aiight? You sound spooked." Dijah asked.
"I'll give you the 411 later. Make sure she's set when I get there."

After hours of constantly checking my rear view mirror and being paranoid I finally got Mi to her destination and me back to mine, all safely.
I was now trying to sit and explain to Kadijah what went down in that studio with Suge and what I find out.
She sat and rubbed her stomach while her jaw dropped further with every other detail.
"Shut up..." she said.
"That ain't even the worst of it, Dijah. Listen..." I continued as I walked back and forth.
Her eyes followed me, left and right.
"First of all... good for you for not taking the deal. That would've been your ass. But now you're in some deeper shit because you gotta handle this yourself! The story sounds far fetched as fuck. No jive." Dijah shrugged.
"Who you tellin? what the fuck do I do?!" I plopped down on my sofa.
Kadijah sat quiet for a while and thought.
"You gotta get close to Aaliyah without getting close to her. Infiltrate and destroy." She dimmed her eyes.
"Dijah..." I began.
"Huh?"
"English, bitch. What is you sayin?" I asked, irritated.
"Find your way into her circle... it's gonna be tough, because she's gaining popularity. You need someone that's gonna catch her eye and gain her trust. She has enough female friends... a dude would be ideal."
"She knows whoever I know, though- and why a guy? She already got that creep, Robert." I threw my hands up.
"Do people know that he more than 10 years older than her? That shit ain't gon last. Create a diversion, Mo. You gotta think like a snake to catch one. Now, who can you use?" She asked.
I thought long and hard.
A lightbulb finally went off in my head.
"Got it?" She beamed.
"Your cousin! The one that lives in Queens! He'd be perfect!" I shot up.
"Who? Damon?" She asked.
"That's the one." I
"You on to something... Ima call him up right now..." she began to dial; "Hey auntyyy, is Dame around?"
