"urgh.." i groaned as i slowly opened my eyes. i was awaken by the feeling of something wet and slobbery on my neck. i giggled when i realized it was millie. she was kissing a trail from my jaw to my neck.

"good morning" she whispered. i smiled. she looked really cute with her hair all messed up.

"i guess we fell asleep last night." she said. i nodded.

"what time is it?" she asked with a yawn. i glanced at the clock that was setting on the nightstand.

"almost 9:30." i answered.

"well, i'm fucked." she retorted.

"what do you mean?" i questioned. she sighed.

"i've been here since 6:00 last night and i didn't tell my parents." she explained. "my mom will probably slit my throat with a butter knife." she added jokingly.

i leaned in and kissed her lips. she snaked her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss.

"so, how do i get out of here without you're parents knowing?" she asked, a few seconds after she pulled away.

"i guess you could go out the window." i suggested.

i hopped off the bed and walked over to my bedroom window. i unlocked it and opened it.

"you're really gonna just throw me out the window? very classy." she said in a sarcastic manner.

i put my hand on her hip and gave her one last kiss on the lips before she left. carefully, she climbed out the window, trying not to step on a sharp twig or piece of mulch. she waved and smiled as she started to walk away.

i took a deep breath of relief as i walked to my bedroom door. i walked out of the bedroom and into the dining room.

"hey mom." i said, greeting my mother. she sighed. i could tell by the look on her face that something was wrong

"what's wrong?" i asked.

"who was the girl?" she retorted. my eyes widended. i instantly felt sick to my stomach.

"w-what girl?" i replied, trying to act dumb.

"the girl that was in your bed last night." she stated.

"it doesn't matter. we didn't do anything." i scoffed.

"yes it does matter, finn wolfhard. you're much too young to be sleeping in the same bed with a girl. furthermore, i don't want you to see her again." she stated.

"but mom! she's my best friend!" i exclaimed. i didn't really know what i was trying to say. it just kind of came out.

"i don't care. i don't want you hanging out with her anymore. understand?" she retorted.

"fine. i understand."

little did she know, that there was no way i was going to let her stop me from seeing millie.
