[CH - 2] First love?

Geno's POV

Bullies kept on pushing me into my lockers and shoving my stuff on the floor. I seriously hate those people to death. Error and Fresh were in different classes and they couldn't look at me 24/7.

After school finished I was walking past an alleyway to go home until someone from the alleyway came and dragged me in. The guy was holding a knife and was holding on my neck, choking me in the process. I tried to punch him but he kept dodging and held my throats tighter. I managed to scream but it was cut short. At one point I couldn't hold my breath longer until there was a slash behind the guy's back and he turned to dust. Before I fainted I saw a guy holding a scythe in a black hoodie.

Death's POV

As I was returning home I heard a sudden scream. I ran to an alleyway and I saw Geno getting choked by this guy. I needed to save Geno. I used my power to summon a scythe. It was rare for someone to have supernatural powers. I took the scythe and I slashed it at the guys and he turned to dust. Just then Geno fainted. I picked him up bridal style and he started to curl up and hug me as if he was cold.
He looks so cute I said to myself while blushing in the process. I swear I was looking like the blue ocean whenever I see him.

I knew where he lived (cause death is a fricken stalker) and I ran all the way to his home. As I rang the bell, Mrs CQ opened the door and hugged Geno who was shivering in my arms. We brought him inside, Error brought the first aid and Fresh was looking at him shocked. "I'm gonna murder whoever did-"
"I already did," I blurted out. Error, Fresh and Mrs CQ were looking at me dumbfounded.

Error's POV

Death soon explained to us about his powers. Then I said, "Well, us three also have powers you know,"
"Really! I thought I was the only one !" Death said surprisingly.
"Well my powers is to summon blue strings that can hold a soul and I can do some basic attacks," I said as Death listened carefully. "That 90s freak has slightly stronger powers but we both have the same amount of attack," I said again looking at Fresh who was smiling. "And Geno has the more stronger power because he has actual determination,"
"No way! I thought monsters couldn't have determination!" Death said shockingly.
"Well broski, our little bro bro happened to have that," Fresh said proudly. I was hundred percent sure that he was jealous but he didn't show it. Lol that stupid freak.
"So with determination, if he manages to die, he could live a little longer after that, enough time for someone to heal and save him, right?"Death asked curiously.
"Yup. Did you know that when you brought him here, he was already dead,"
"WHAT!!" Death was shocked. I think I shouldn't have said that. It always freaks people out so much.
"That is tru my broski. We managed to save bro from that diddly darn sucker!" Fresh said without hesitation.

While mom was busy healing Geno she thanked Death as he had to get home. I got into bed and I kept on thinking the same thoughts,
Who would do this to Geno?
Since when did Death really interested in Geno?
