[CH - 10] Message

I'm back bitcheees!!!! Wooo. We finally got some wifi in my shed. Seriously. My whole family is living in a shed in the garden because we are extending our house. So yh. Enjoy guys!

Geno's POV
As my alarm clock went off, I immediately snatched the clock off my table and slammed it across the wall. I was in no mood to wake up, nor go to school today. Like who else thinks school is just a waste of time? Since I had nothing else to do, I got up from bed and went downstairs.

As I came into the kitchen, I did not see mom or Fresh there. They both usually wake up really early but unusually they weren't there. Where else could they be? I got over it and started making myself some toast. Then I got ready for school and came back down again. I checked in the kitchen again and they weren't there.
Probably they went early.
I shrugged it off and went to school.

When I arrived at school, PJ quickly ran up to me and started shaking me around violently.
"You cannot believe what just happened!!!" PJ was almost screaming.
"AAAAAAAAH! STOOOP SHAKING MEEEE!!"
"Oooops sorry, but guess what!"
"What?"
"You know the twins, Dream and Nightmare?"
"Yes..." I gritted my teeth as PJ mentioned Nightmare.
"They have supernatural powers!!!"
"Yeah. I already knew Nightmare had powers already but I didn't know Dream had it. "
"Yeah I know! His power is to shoot this arrow made of positivity!"
"How did you find out?" This caught my attention.
"Well I might have gone stalking with Cross..."
"OMG SERIOUSLY?!"
"Yup. Anyways I got to go to lessons. By the way, have you seen Fresh?"
"No. I didn't see him at home either, which was really unusual,"
"Bell's rung. See ya!"
As I waved PJ goodbye, I walked to my home room. When I entered, it was the same class. All chaotic. I quickly scanned around the room but I saw no sign of Error or Fresh.
Where the hell are they?
I saw Reaper at the back and I sat next to him as soon as the teacher came in. Reaper then suddenly asked me out of the blue,
"Yo Geno. Did you see my mom anywhere?"
"What? No. Have you seen Error or Fresh. Maybe even my mom?"
"Not at all. Something is wrong. My mom usually is in the morning getting ready and she wasn't there. There were no notes either."
"Weirdly, that is the same with me. My mom and Fresh wakes up the earliest but they weren't there either. After I got ready to school, I checked again and I didn't see anyone!"
Something is strange. Even Reaper's mom was missing too. This isn't coincidence.

We needed to solve this.

Reaper's POV

After school had finished, I called over a couple of our friends to come. Cross, Dream, PJ and Geno arrived at my house. I actually never had visitors in my house so I was so embarrassed at the state of the house. But in fact, they all seemed to like it. Great. One achievement complete.

I told everyone to go around my house and to search for any clues. We must have spent hours searching until Geno said we should take a break. We all sat down on my couch until Dream saw something that caught his eye. He stood up and went to underneath the sofa PJ was sitting on and pulled out a piece of parchment.

As soon as he took it out from the sofa, the lights went out and wind was blowing hard as if books were hitting you. Suddenly in the middle of the room, a black substance started to form. It looked like Nightmare when we fought him. A tar like substance. Dream then took up hid hand and summoned a bow and a bright blue coloured arrow. As Cross looked at Dream, it clearly showed that he was astonished.

Dream then shot arrows after arrows into the darkness of this substance. Nothing was happening. Then the black substance leaped onto Dream. Just before it hit Dream, Cross summoned his knife, as it glows red, he slices at the substance. They all break apart having a tint of red from whew Cross slashed at it. As it was ready to pounce at full force, someone slammed the door open.

Dream's POV

I couldn't even think straight. Cross had super powers as well! And in top of that, someone slams the door open. I turned to look at them. They were wearing a similar outfit to what I am wearing except in purple... it was my brother Nightmare.

As soon as he slammed the door open, he teleported in front of me and Cross and used his power to summon a purple coloured stick with crescent moons on both sides. He then shrinks the black substance and magically poofs it away. After a moment of silence, I ran to my brother and gave him a huge hug. Cross was staring at Nightmare with a weird face and Geno, Reaper and PJ were relieved.

"Whose that?" Cross said with slight bitterness.
"Do any of you weird psycho power people not know who I am?" Nightmare was glaring at everyone, who shrugged as a response.
"Dude. My name is Nightmare. Dream's brother?"
PJ looked neutral and Cross looked slightly happier but Geno and Reaper were almost raging mad.

"What is wrong guys?" I asked them.
"Oh. Your brother is the problem. In fact, he tried to kill us" Reaper gave an ice cold stare.
"Are you still part of Swapfell's gang?" Geno said with pure anger.
"That stupid douchebag will never be spoken of. And I regret working with him. He seriously has the worst taste of style of goodness sake!"
"How can we trust you?" Geno asked slowly.
"Why don't you apologise brother!"
"Sure. I am sorry,"
"Hi sorry. I am Cross!" Everyone was laughing so loud. It was a really funny joke.
"Ha ha very funny" My brother said sarcastically. He is not into jokes but I know he loves them.
"Hey Dream! What was on the parchment?" PJ asked reluctantly.

I took a look at the writing that was written. Weirdly it was the same language that mother taught us before she died. Unfortunately I forgot all about it so I gave it to Nightmare.
"This might take a while to decipher. It has been a while since I learnt this language,"
After several minutes, Nightmare said he was done as it does not sound good.

"Wow" Cross said as I snuggled into him.
"Well, let's start with finding the first two people. Protector of negativity and Protector of positivity." PJ said reading everyone for the journey.
"That is no need" Nightmare said out of nowhere.
"How else are we supposed to find them?!" Reaper said

"Because me and Dream are those Protectors"

Dun dun duuuuun!!!!!! Cliffhanger guys!! Boi I feel like this story is becoming a fantasy story. Should I change the title to a regular Geno x Reaper instead of Naj? Anyways I have written above 1300+ so it is going good. Welp go to go and sleep. Goodnight!
