(y/n) woke up to a good morning text from samuel.

an hour ago?

why is he up so early?

she read a few more texts down and saw that he was going to pick her up in an hour.

(y/n) practically jumped out of bed and got ready.

samuel was dressed and ready to take his new girlfriend for their first date.

he wore his black basketball jacket over a plain white shirt and black ripped at the knee jeans and timberlands.

(y/n) grabbed a white crop top and black jeans which were ripped down the legs. she slipped on her timberlands and fixed her hair.

samuel knocked nervously waiting for (y/n).

they laughed slightly as the looked at each others outfits.

"damn, i'm lucky. my girl's got style~"

samuel gave her a quick peck on the forehead and held her hand.

(y/n) blushed as samuel continued to hype her up as they walked to their first destination.

"you're so embarrassing sometimes..."

"let's get food!"

they went to eat and then walked downtown.

samuel stopped at a flower stand and smiled.

he bought a single rose as (y/n) was distracted by the other flowers.

she turned around and smiled.

"your face matches the rose!"

(y/n) said holding the rose.

samuel pinched her cheek and smiled again.

"let's go!"

he pulled her to a theme park.

her eyes lit up as she saw the lights from rides and games.

she practically pulled samuel to various games and stands with the attitude of a small child.

a certain booth caught (y/n)'s eye as it had a giant teddy bear, like the ones off of instagram.

samuel noticed her eyes locked onto the booth's prize and immediately paid the carnival worker to play the game.

it was basketball luckily.

a smile spread across his lips as (y/n) cheered him on shyly.

he just has to make one more shot!

"here's your prize."

(y/n) smiled widely as Samuel handed her the giant teddy bear.

she hugged it tightly while thanking samuel.

(y/n) pecked him on the cheek and continued walking through the park.

his cheeks burned and he took her hand softly.

he watched her shiver as the sun had set.

a weight was put over her shoulders and (y/n) gazed at her boyfriend.

his jacket was now absent on his body and present on hers.

she giggled as she recalled the first time he gave her his jacket.

the night went on and there was only one ride left.

"let's go on the ferris wheel."

they placed the bar down on their laps and samuel tightly gripped (y/n)'s hand.

the ride stopped them at the top.

samuel stretched his arm over (y/n)'s shoulders with a fake yawn.

"it's so pretty." (y/n) stated looking at the stars.

"not as pretty as you."

smooth samuel.

she giggled at his words and turned to him.

he leaned in slowly and (y/n) followed.

the kiss was slow and gentle and they pulled away with blushed dusting their cheeks.

samuel guided his girlfriend home and said good night.

another quick kiss was shared and they both separated thinking the same thing.

everything was perfect.
