he smiled slightly back at her attempts to lighten the mood.

"but what are we going to do? we both love other people, but were supposed to be married to each other."

they discussed plans to try get out of marriage.

there wasn't any easy way to do this.

"that would work if daniel liked me back."

she covered her mouth realizing how loud she just was.

"well then what've you got to lose?"

she thought about it.

he does have a lot to lose.

he's the heir to his families company. his family could kick him out for this. he doesn't want his family's image ruined. he's really sacrificing a lot here by not telling his family and keeping his secret.

maybe i should do the same and just do what my parents want... it is better...

"what do you suggest we do then?" she sighed.

they smiled at each other and began devising a plan.
