Chapter 1: Alarm

Red lights surrounded the room and alarms blared from the hallways.

What could be the trouble this time?

Robin's eyes shut open as he heard the alarms go off and rushed outside.

It was typical and usual for the Titans to be disturbed from their beauty sleep and rush outside to save the world. What could be better than kicking villain butts in the middle of the night? It was their job after all.

As Robin arrived across the living room, he spotted Cyborg in front of the huge screen furiously typing on his keyboard, trying to locate what caused the alarm.

"What is it?!" Robin asked as he ran towards Cyborg.

"Someone has been causing alarms in banks. He's moving towards South of us." Cyborg explained as he continued to stare at the moving red dot on the screen.

"Aww, it's 2 AM. Can't these people just, you know, do this in the morning or something?" Beast boy complained as he rubs his eyes.

After minutes of alarm blaring, Raven and Starfire quickly came in the living room. Raven groaned as usual behind her hood as she hates the fact being disturbed while meditating in the room.

"Soo, should we go now?" Raven groaned.

"Cyborg, any identification?" Robin asked as he continues to study the moving red dot on the huge screen.

"I can't make out of the identification. His identification looks hard to identify through this computer. He isn't any villains that we faced. If he was, the computer might be able to identify it," Cyborg replied as he stood stiffly beside Robin.

"Fine, let's move, Titans!" Robin instructed.

"Finally." Raven breathed as they all turned to the exit and left.

And the room was quiet once more as the titans left the building.

Starfire flew with Robin in her arms, Beast boy turned into a Pterodactyl with Cyborg on his grip, who was busy looking at his map which was installed in his arm, and Raven flew with her usual expression hidden behind her hood.

"Wait," Cyborg suddenly breaks into the silence. "Looks like he's down here."

Everyone flew down.

As they flew down, silence invaded their ears. Wind blew harder as the silence took over the place. It was as if the place was a ghost town; not a single civillian was seen. Stores and restaurants were closed and lights are off. City posts took place with the lights and not to mention that some posts are broken, causing them to blink on-off.

"T-this is kinda spooky." Beast boy shivered as he looked around the place.

"Looks like our friend here wants privacy." Robin muttered, enough for the Titans to hear.
