CHAPTER SEVEN

CONCEPTION

It will be in the end days that two girls will lead a nation to subdue a continent for the Lord Almighty. They will kill all those who oppose them, and they will build a great temple to the glory of the Lord.

The Wedding of Levi and Laida: It was a quiet wedding with just a few close friends. Levi and Laida Myrtle Jackson had a few days to celebrate before she had to return to work, and hit the old grind as a legal secretary at the Law Firm of Smit and Smit, attorneys at Law. She was hired for the job after having an affair with her divorce attorney, David Smit. To return to work as a happily married woman would be strange, especially after telling him she would never get married again. When she told Levi that he just laughed and said, "Yep, like you're going to screw around on the all-knowing.

She hugged Levi and said, "What in heaven have I gotten myself into this time. I can't fool around, I can't win an argument, I won't get my way all the time, can't lie; my God what am I going to do? Oh, you are my God, she giggle, and Levi noticed it was the impish laugh of Aphrodite coming through.

"Well," Levi said, "I guess it is too late now, and you will have to quit that part-time stripping job you have."

"Oh, you know about that, do you? Well I guess I will have to keep my red ass at home, won't I. I would hate trying to explain that to my customers."

"Guess so, why don't we attempt procreation until we get our daughter? I figure it will take us at least four, maybe five times a day, just to make sure we get it right."

"Oh, you do, huh. I was counting on six or seven times. After all, you should be able to keep up."

Levi laughed as he cuddled with his bride. "I would be lucky to make it two times a day at my age."

"Well, we could always try. It never hurts to get naked every now and then."

The two of them grew closer over the months, and less and less human. After the birth of Ariel, their transformation grew near completion, and they didn't think only as humans, but at all levels of all creation. To them, all dimensions became visible, and they were able to communicate at will to all beings. Laida merged with Alinda, and only the human shell was left. All her memories of all her countless previous lives flooded into her essence, and Laida became one with Alinda. Levi slowly merged with Adonai, the most powerful being in the realm of Earth, and as the first of the Great Unknown works, Adonai, once again, was fully human and fully divine. At that moment, the only remnant of Levi was an earthen shell. He inhaled the air and said to Laida, "I smell the scent of the tree of life, for its sex fills the air. It has put on blossoms and fills the air with its bouquet. Soon it will bring forth its fruit, and then the harvesters will come to gather the ripened fruit, and the spoiled and rotting fruit I will cast in the garbage."

Laida inquired, "And what of those who appear ripe, but are truly bitter?"

"Those, I will spew from my mouth and make their seed unfertile, so they shall be no more."

"So be it, my Lord," she said humbly.

"When our Ariel reaches the age of consent, it will be time to bring in the great reaping hook to harvest the earth. It is wonderful to once again live in my creation. I will bring war upon those who resist us, and the nations of the world will crumble in one swell-swoop, then for three years there will be peace upon the earth. All the animals of the earth will be of one spirit, and the great schism between Beelzebub and Adonai will be mended. Upon that time, the Lioness of God and her Wisdom will sweep from the north and build a great nation unto us, and from out of the orbit of Jupiter will emerge the City of God to gather the sheaves."

Laida knelt in front of Levi and said, "Let it be so, my Lord, and may the taste of the first fruits be as incredible as their fragrance."

Levi inhaled again with great satisfaction and said to his beloved, "It will be a great feast worthy of us."

Laida heard the baby crying and she went to the cradle, and picked up her fruit and said, "You, sweet Ariel must be hungry," and she let her suckle for her breast as she whisper in her ear. "Someday, you will do great things for the Lord and a nation will follow you." When she had finished she placed Ariel in her crib for a nights rest then she said to Levi, "Let us retire and make love."

"Where you lead, I will follow, my Aphrodite." After making love, the two fell fast to sleep and soon were dreaming.

Laida dreamed she heard Ariel crying, but her body was frozen in sleep paralysis, and wouldn't move. She cried out in her sleep, "Ariel! I am coming, my dear child. Her angst became great, and soon her spirit left her body to care for her child. When her spirit entered the child's room she saw a young woman with her child, and the woman said, fear not my mother for I have come to tell you that Levi must father another child and her mother will be a nurse in Washington, D.C. She will be my half-sister, my right hand in war, and she will help to build a new nation. You must tell my father this, for in four years the time will be right for him to give his seed. This will be the last time I travel back in time to see you, my mother. I love you with all my heart." Laida awoke with a start and turned to wake her husband. "Levi, wake my love, Ariel has visited me from the future as she did you. Let me tell you what she said. You are going to be a new father.

Levi yawned and said, "That's wonderful," and went back to sleep.

Alinda appeared in his dream and said to him, "If you do not stay awake and listen to me, then I will have to do it this way. Our daughter Ariel has traveled back from the future to tell me you are going to have another baby daughter. You are to impregnate Angela Bailey of Washington, D.C. and she will bear you a child who will be Ariel's half-sister, and her right hand in war."
