Batman POV
Just arriving at the Hall of Justice to meet with the other members of the Justice League, Batman was worried leaving Joker behind, but he had just taken on this new job along with protecting Gotham every night. He had his work cut out for him and leaving Joker alone most of the time with a year old baby can be risky. He doesn't exactly have that fatherly instinct, but at least he has Alfred to help him out too which made Batman more calm about everything.
Batman walked in to find Wonder Woman working with Superman on a new mission we were having. Superman noticed the dark knight and went to greet him.
"Nice to finally be working together," He stuck his hand out to shake Batman's, "The rest of the members are in the other room, right now Diana and I are trying to find the best way to defend ourselves from the Legion of Doom."
Batman shook Superman's hand looking him in the eyes, "Instead of 'meet and greets' how about I work on the real stuff here with you and Diana."
"If you want you can look over the information we have gathered on our computer system."
Joker POV
Over at the Wayne Manor after Batman had left Joker was fighting a battle of attempting to change Lucy's diaper and getting her to stop crying.
"There!" Joker held Lucy in the air proud of his work. Had a new diaper poorly duct taped on the child who still continued to cry.
Alfred had finally arrived back to the manor and walked into Lucy's room to check on her only to find an incompetent clown holding her surrounded buy Diapers, tape, and both covered in baby powder.
"What on earth happened in here?!?" Alfred immediately went to take Lucy and clean up.
"Bats left me for work... " Joker sat down in a small chair, "... I'm suppose to be his little stay at home mom now..."
"Well you have to learn the proper way to change a diaper if you're ever left alone again with her." Alfred tried to show him where he went wrong and changed the diaper correctly.
"How do you get her to stop crying though?..." Joker was frustrated by the sound.
"Small children just take a lot of work, she might need fed, she might need burped, or maybe she needs someone who can change a diaper properly." Alfred held her in his arms rocking her and putting a new clean pacifier in her mouth and soon the crying stopped.
"...She's going to grow up to resent me isn't she..." Joker just stared at his baby, "...Sometimes I think I should've just given her up for adoption..."
"That's nonsense. You're only a first time parent, all first time parents feel like they aren't doing their best, it just takes time and you'll get the hang of things. I assure you." Alfred laid her down with a few stuffed animals.
"What part of me being the 'Clown Prince of Crime' sounds like I could ever be a good father to you?.." Joker crossed his arms.
"Everyone has the ability to change in a better way, just have to find it within yourself." Alfred then walked out of the room leaving Joker alone with his child and his thoughts.
As long as he has his Batsy it makes raising this kid not all that bad he thought to himself.
