Chapter Twenty Eight

Normal POV

Batman had to think fast of what he should do. He knew Joker was completely nuts again and possibly going to destroy the whole city, but was Batman going to have to fight him or is there a better option to all of this? He knew this was all because of him, he drives Joker insane and he didn't want to have to fight him but it might be the only solution here.

He had to find a way to shield Gotham but with what? As Batman was trying to think missiles sprung up and what looked like lightning bolts and lasers were going to hit and Joker announced over the speakers, "This town deserves to be burned to the ground!! HAHAHAHA!! There's nothing you or this team of losers can do to stop this machine!!"

Batman had to find a way to get rid of the Justice League and deal with this on his own, after all that was happening he felt stunned. In the first time in his life it's like he just didn't know how to react anymore. Joker in a split second laughed everything creating fire but Wonder Woman found a way to try and deflect his attack created a ring of fire around the whole city trapping everyone inside. Batman decided to go us to the aircraft himself. He needed Joker out of that thing and the Justice League away from them.

Batman screamed at the League to help the people and put out the fire and that he would deal with Joker himself.

Joker yelled and laughed through the speakers again at Batman, "There's nothing you can do to stop me this time!! HAHAHA!! I wanna see you dead bats!!"

As the dark knight flew using his cape up to the UFO looking thing Joker was piloting he just couldn't seem to find a good way in or a way to get Joker out. Almost as if it's been sealed shut but Batman knew that couldn't have been the case.

"Seems you're having trouble getting to me, bat for brains. Why don't I make it easier and just blast you to the ground!" Joker shot a something at him knocking him clear to the ground.

As he fell Batman caught himself to land well enough and Joker hit an eject button springing hims out of his seat at the aircraft stayed in the sky and went falling after the caped crusader laughing wildly. The clown ended up landing safely with a parachute he had attached to coat.

Joker pulled out a gun and held it to Batman, "I wanna see you in hell Bats!! HAHAHA!!"

Batman didn't know what to expect. He just stood there almost feeling like he deserved to be shot. Joker pulled the trigger and a red flag shot out that said bang on it, "Hahahaha!! I almost had you!" Joker threw the gun at him and ran off.

Batman went chasing after him yelling for him, "Joker I'm sorry I caused all of this!! What can I do to stop your madness right now!! Is there no going back after all of this?!?!"

Joker still had the microphone to talk through the loud speaker to make it hard for Batman to catch up to him, "This is me and you're you batsy haha the only way out is to fight me!! Beat me down in hatred, nearly killed me, I'll do the same to you. There is no fixing us, we are us!! Hahaha!!"

Batman will have to hurt him again... Which killed him a little on the inside..
