Chapter 21

Eunice's POV

I decided to stop crying. Because eventually, crying has nothing to do and can't help me.

A meanwhile, when I enter Mark's room and prepare my things to leave, I recieve a call from Harley...

Incoming Call..
From: Bebs

Me: Yoboseyeo?

H: Where are you now? Saan ka namin susunduin?

Me: At ***** terminal.. Wait for me there..

H: ok..

~call ended~

Pagkatapos kong ihanda ang mga gamit ko at magbihis, I left the message that I wrote last night on the side table of his bed.. Then I went out of the room.

I ate the breakfast that he prepared and left a sticky note on the fridge..

I took a last look all over the dorm.. And wave bye..

"Annyeong.. Thanks for making me feel at home.."

Then I left.. I texted them that I'm on my way.. I exited safely.. And take cab.. On the way, I lean my head on the window and look outside.

At ito na naman ang luhang ayaw magpapigil.. Napatingin ako sa human size teddy bear at kinausap iyon. Wala akong paki sa kung ano ang isipin ng driver..

"Marky bear, jwesonghamnida.. But I need to leave your appa.. We need to leave him.. " I said and wipe my tears, at ibinalik sa labas ng bintana ang tingin ko..

Hanggang sa nakarating ako, nagbayad ako sa driver at bumaba...Nakita ko ang sasakyan nila Harley.. Kaya lumapit ako dun, agad naman nilang binuksan at tinulungan akong ipasok sa compartment and maleta at ang teddy bear sa backseat which is beside me.. Nasa frontseat si Arlene.. Then Harley started driving..

"Plane ticket is ready, for now we'll be staying at the hotel.. Tommorow we'll be flying to L.A." Arlene said

I just nodded and remain silent..

"Eunice, everything will be ok.."

"I was born to suffer bebs.. And I'm used to it.. Haha" I told Harley and laugh bitterly.

"Buti nakalusot ka kay Mark? Paano?" Arlene asked

"Umalis sila kanina papuntang Thailand.."

"So, hindi mo talaga sinabi sa kanya na aalis ka?"

"Alam niya sana, pero he make me promise not to leave until they comeback from Thailand. Hindi sana ako mangangako pero hindi siya sasama sa Thailand kapag hindi ako nangako.. At ayaw kong mangyari 'yon.."

"Did Mark gave that teddy bear to you?" Harley

"Yes, dalawa 'yan.. Iniwan ko ang isa.. Pink nasa kanya.."

Di na sila nagtanong matapos kong sagutin ang tanong nila. Tahimik kami buong byahe hanggang sa makarating kami sa hotel kung saan kami mag stay.. Pagkarating namin sa suite, pumasok agad kami ni Arlene sa kwarto nasa isang kwarto kasi kami, nasa ibang kwarto naman si Harley.

"My friend, alam kong gusto mong umiyak.. Let it out baka mautot ka diyan.." Sabi ni Arlene

Himampas ko ang braso niya..
