Ok so sorry if some of the names for Chris' family are inaccurate, but god damn I couldn't find anything. Zip zero absolutely nothing. Trust me I searched google for what seemed like hours. I did find out that Chris has an older brother. So once again sorry for any inaccurate details, so I'll just be improvising for this specific chapter.

Sure I've met Chris' family, but never as his girlfriend. Well actually I've only ever met his brother and his niece. They were all sitting around laughing when I got down there. It was nice to see him interacting with people he loves. The person I was most scared of meeting was his mom. Whenever I've dated someone I've never actually met their mom so this was going to be a new experience. Chris saw me and he smiled widely. "Hey J you're just in time" he said bringing unwanted attention to me. "Umm Hi Chris didn't tell me we were going to have company I would've cleaned and made breakfast" I said apologizing. "Don't worry about it dear we came unannounced" his dad said politely. "Well it's nice to me you I'm Joey" I said coming into the living and offering my hand to Mr.Pontius. "Oh sweetheart the Pontius' are a hugging family." he said pulling me into a death grip. I hugged him back and smiled happy that he was accepting me right away. I looked over at Chris' mom and she had the deepest scowl I've ever seem. "Hi Mrs.Pontius it's nice to meet you" I said walking over to the chair and offering my hand because it really didn't seem like she wanted hug. "Chris I don't see why you can't date a normal girl, I mean just look at her she's a freak." she said nastily. "Mom!!!" Chris yelled. "No it's fine I understand completely" I said before grabbing my car keys to leave. My heart was broken she didn't even take the chance to get to know me before she decided to hate me. I walked out of the house and got into my SUV with tears blinding my eyes. Chris didn't call me or follow me out so he must've not cared very much. My phone began to ring and when I looked down I saw it was Chris' brother. I'd forgotten he even had my number. Why the hell was he calling me and not Chris?!? "Hello" I said into the phone. "Joey listen she didn't mean that please come back she's really sweet once you get to know her" he said. "I'm sorry Eric but I'm not going back there she didn't even want to get to know me before she practically pointed all my flaws" I said continuing to cry. "Just come back when you're ready" he said softly into the phone. I nodded even though I knew he couldn't see me and I hung up. I don't know how long I drove for, but I ended up at the skatepark. Luckily I had a board in the back so I grabbed it and began skating. It was a little rocky since I was still crying. After an hour of skating I sat down on the rim of the dome and watched the young and old skate. This always took my mind off of things and let me relax. Some dude skated up next to me and sat down. "I'm going to be honest you're the prettiest guy here" he said nudging me. I looked at him and he looked about 17. I laughed "I'm too old for you buddy". "Ooo that stings what an excuse." he said faking hurt. "How old are you?" I asked. "16" he said lifting up his chin. "Well guy we're separated by a 10 year age difference." I said matter of factly. "Woah, hey are you alright your face is all red and splotchy" he pointed out. "Yah just some mother in law drama" I said. I smiled when I said mother in law because I thought of the wonderful guy I was going to marry. "Yuck I ain't never getting married" he said scrunching up his face. "Yah I used to say that too but then I grew up" I said laughing. He nodded his head. "Hey you look familiar" he said eyeing me. "Well if you've ever watched Jackass or Viva la Bam then you'd know I'm a pro skateboarder" I said smiling. His eyes got wide and his face broke into a goofy grin. "Holy shit you're Joey Margera!" he yelled. "The one and only and hey shut up a little bit I can never go to a skatepark without getting bombarded so don't draw attention." I told him. He nodded "You are like a freaking god" he said. "Yah I know" I said cockily. He laughed and rolled his eyes. We spent close to two hours talking and skating and I taught him a few of my signature tricks before leaving. The ride home went by really fast and that just sucked. Chris' parents' car was still in the driveway and I groaned. I saw through a couple of bags, so I guess the invited themselves to stay for a few days. Silently I opened up the door and saw all the guys on one side of the room while Chris' mom sat on the arms crossed and lips pursed. Loudly I walked up the stairs and into our bedroom. It was around 9 o clock so I got on the computer to look for some good catering places. I heard the door creak open, but it wasn't Chris who walked in it was his mother. "Can I come in?" she asked, but walked in anyways. I nodded and looked back down at my laptop. "Try Vincenzo's, their food is marvelous" she said. I looked up at her and eyed her weirdly. "So now you want to like me?" I asked raising an eyebrow. She rolled her eyes and smirked. "I'm sorry for earlier I was surprised when I saw you, it's just that you came downstairs and I saw that you were absolutely beautiful, tattoos and all. Well if you haven't noticed Chris isn't exactly well how can I put this? A man dime." she explained. I laughed at her choice of words. "And I was afraid you'd hurt him like other girls have in the past, but then he yelled at me along with the other two and he told me you were Bam's sister. Then I got thinking you weren't with Chris for his money, you have plenty of your own, but you're with him because you love him, nakedness and all." she said smiling at me apologetically. I hadn't noticed that I'd been crying. Finally after a little bit of silence I hugged her tightly. She hugged me back just as tightly and I smiled. "I accept your apology and I'm going to be honest if never knowingly hurt Chris, he's what keeps me going everyday and I couldn't imagine being without him." I told her. "Oh and sweetheart my name's Diane I'm sure Chris didn't tell you." she told me. I laughed "Well once again I'm Joey" I said. She nodded and hugged me again. We sat on mine and Chris' bed for what seemed like forever just looking at different things for the wedding. She was so excited to find out that we were having the wedding on a beach. "So Joey when are you two going to bless me with more grandchildren?" she asked. I felt tears fill my eyes, but sucked them in "I'm going to be honest I'm not able to have children" I told her. Her smile dropped, but she instantly lightened up. "Listen honey I wasn't supposed to be able to have children either, but here I am with two sons. All I'm saying is nothing is impossible."
