Hope's P.O.V
Luckily, my parents never asked about me, although they are worried, but there's nothing anyone can do. You never know how much you have until you lose it. First I lost Jayden, now I'm losing my mind.
Drinking, smoking illegal stuff and taking..yes drugs make me feel numb to everyone and everything around me.
My dad enters the room. " I hate to say I told you so," He says with a slight chuckle in an attempt to lighten the mood.
"What?" I say.
" I told you that gang's can target people you love..including that guy.." He sighs.
Dad is right. He was right all this time. Jayden will never be forgotten.
" Can we track down who did this?" I say while gritting my teeth.
" Well, they obviously have something against us so.." He smiles.
A wave of relief washes over me. At least I can avenge him.
Then I realise something. I never told my parents about my problem now. So who did? " Dad wait!" I say before he leaves the room.
" Yes?"
" How did you know?"
" You have a brother Hope," He says while raising his eyebrows.
" CHANCE!" I shout.
After murdering Chance on the inside, we were already making a plan. Turns out it's some small gang called The Revelation. Maybe this won't be as hard as we thought.
" This'll be harder than we thought," my Dad says to himself.
Oh..well my theory just got crushed. " Why?"
" Well..since this is a smaller gang who have something against us..we have no idea about who leads them, where their safe houses are etc," He explains.
" What do they have against us..what did we ever do to them?" I ask.
" We did everything," he chuckles.
Whaaaat? He sees the confused look on my face. " Every gang hates us..except I guess our allies, because we're the most powerful, they want to take us down," he says.
I get it now. I need to know everything before I lead this gang. I want to know everything and anything about how to lead a gang, after all, I'm doing this for Jayden.
Ohhh..I wonder what's gonna happen next?!!
