Lillie couldn't control her tears. She hadn't been able to speak, but she knew she had to tell her friends what happened. She needed James to know the truth. Her life had just been flipped upside down, and she was being blamed for something that wasn't her fault. She let her friend rock her while she tried to work up the courage to tell them what happened. She was hurting so deeply from what happened, but more from the fact that James would even entertain the thought that she would do something so callous and hurtful.

"I didn't cheat on him." She cried. "I was in and out of it, very drunk, still am. I woke up to a knife to my throat. I couldn't see him, but it was the guy that has been harassing me for months." She sobbed. "He held the blade to my throat and told me that if I didn't do as he said, he was going to kill me, then go out there and kill all of you. He undressed me, held me down, and raped me. When I cried, he punched me. When James walked in, he was just about to rape me again. Jamie saved me from being attacked a second time. I know he hates me, but he saved me." She just sobbed more. Seth ran out and called the police.

Once at the hospital, Kay didn't leave Lillie's side. They did a rape kit, and took pictures of the many bruises that were now displayed on her body. She had a black eye, a fat lip, and several bruises in various places. Kay was trying her hardest to be strong for Lillie, but it was killing her to see her like this. Seth had tried to call James more than five times, but he wouldn't answer. Finally, he shut his phone off. Seth was sick about what happened to Lillie, and it killed him that James didn't know and was blaming her.  She was being attacked and James called her a whore. He was going to feel like shit when he found out. Seth equally felt bad for James and was pissed at him for not having enough trust in Lillie to know that she would never betray him.

The doctors sedated Lillie and wanted to keep her for observation. The attacker left DNA, so they were going to see if he was in the system. The doctors knew that her attack was brutal, because besides the dozen bruises and her swollen face, she was bleeding internally. They needed to keep her there to make sure she was going to be okay. They told Kay that she could stay with her in case she woke up.  She was going to need someone to hold her hand. She hadn't been able to calm down without sedation and kept having panic attacks any time someone came near her.

Lillie woke up screaming, she couldn't stop dreaming about what had happened to her. "Kay bear" she whispered, "What hurts the most is that Jamie thinks I would do something like that to him. He hates me. He called me a whore." She sobbed. She couldn't get his words out of her mind. "That hurt more than being attacked. His anger hurt me more than being punched in the face repeatedly. I wish that guy would have just killed me. I'd rather be dead than to hear the hatred in Jamie's voice. I thought that he would find me, and he would beat the shit out of the guy. I thought he would know something was wrong and come to me. I thought he would turn on the light and see how badly I was hurt. He didn't Kay, he didn't even come to me, didn't ask me what happened or if I was okay. It didn't even occur to him that something was wrong. He left me. He just immediately thought the worst of me and walked out. For someone who said he loved me, he had no faith in me. No trust. He just... " She was crying so hard and so loudly that the doctor had to sedate her again.

Jamie punched several holes in the walls of his house. He couldn't believe that Lillie would hurt him like that. When he opened the door and saw what he saw, he felt his heart crumble. He trusted her. They had talked about cheating on more than one occasion, and he had believed her when she said he never had to worry about her doing that to him. He believed her like a sucker. Seth tried calling him until he finally shut his phone off. James was so pissed off that he couldn't sleep. He just wanted to take out his anger on someone and knew that if he answered Seth's calls, he might direct his anger at him. He didn't want to hurt Seth. Seth and Kay were good friends, and although Lillie ripped out his heart, he would still make sure that his brother followed through and gave Kay the job. He knew that when Lillie sobered up, she was going to regret what she did, and she was going to need her best friend there with her.
