Lucy, Ryuu, and Dray came across a village when they exited the forest. Lucy glanced towards Ryuu with a pleading look, wanting to get to a hotel and take a shower from sleeping in the woods for so long.

Ryuu tried to ignore the puppy dog look that Lucy was giving him. He really didn't want to go into town, not really wanting to spend too much money.

his resolve broke however when he caught sight of her eyes shining with little specks of tears. With a frustrated sigh he said" Fine but only for tonight blonde and we are not going to go to any fancy and expensive hotel you got that!"

Lucy pouted her head turned away from him as she muttered out" You make me sound like a spoiled princess or something." Ryuu chuckled as he questioned" But that's what you are right."

His answer was a blow to the head from an annoyed blonde who was shaking in anger as she growled out" What was that again?"

Dray watched silence not want to get dragged into another fight that the blonde and silver headed teens were having.

Ryuu glared at her as he mumbled"Never mind..., lets go get that hotel room so you can take a bath you stink like lake water."

Ryuu ran up head while Lucy screamed after him" Hey!? I smell like this because you got your head stuck in a hole!" Ryuu Just threw his head back laughing as he kept running into town with Lucy and Dray in tow.

When they got into town Lucy insisted that they find a hotel first, wanting to get into a hot bath as soon as she can. So as soon as they found a hotel that had a free room because apparently there was some festival going on in the town square.

They had a to share a room because of the prices were too high, and Ryuu didn't want to pay extra for another room saying that" He would gladly take the floor!" as he slammed down the jewels that they needed to pay for the room, as well getting their room key in the process.

He then grabbed Lucy by the arm dragging her to the direction of the room before she could protest with Dray running to catch up to them.

When the got to the room Ryuu sighed as he took in the sight. The room looked like a classical Japanese room with a circular screen door to the left which he guessed that it probably leads to where the bed was, a soaking tub to his right near the center of the room, and up ahead was another screen door that was open showed a view of the village.

Before Ryuu could do anything else Lucy ran past him like a bullet towards the left disappearing into the bed room and hearing a slam of a door, which to his guess was the bathroom.

Ryuu gave another sigh as he trudged on in the room shutting the door behind him after he made sure that Dray had made it inside already. As he walked through the room he set down his stuff near the door that led outside and just leaned against the door frame staring down at the town as a wave of calmness went through him.

Ryuu really never was a person to just relax, yeah he acted like he was a go with the flow guy which he sort of was, but he never really took the time to relax. He always felt like he should always keep his guard up, or something might jump at you at the next second. He hardly felt like he was in a safe place to relax or feel at ease because of all his gallivanting through woods fighting monkey men, dark mages, and all sorts of things!

So at times like these where he felt safe and at ease, he enjoyed it fully as he let a soft smile spread on his face. As he watched the towns people setting up decorations for the festival that would start that night
