A Dragon's Mate

Lucy's eyes widened as she watched Natsu's eyes turn from green to yellow. She just sat there shocked as his grip around her waist got tighter making it hard to breathe.

 Before she knew it, Lucy was pushed to the ground getting pinned in the process, she let oiut a small shriek as she fell backward's. When Lucy looked up she couldn't help the twinge of fear that ran down her spine, as she watched as a dark demented smile spread across the Dragon Slayer's face. 

As Natsu stared down at her he couldn't help but notice how it seemed to his disappointment she had changed over the course of the months from when she had disappeared. The blonde's hair had grown back to the length that it had been when he returned to the Guild from the year-long training he and happy went on. Her eyes looked like golden ambers that were staring right at him in shock and confusion, he also noticed that she was wearing clothes that covered most of her body than the ones she wore when she was at the guild.

 The Dragon Slayer caught sight of the tattoo marking that was on the blonde's left arm and by going off instinct he started to sniff at the markings. But when he tried he was pushed away by Lucy who exclaimed" What the heck are you doing?!" as she said this she stood up and backed away from the pink haired boy with a freaked out look on her face. Natsu only growled in reply not liking that she pushed him away and that she seemed to want to keep distance between them. 

The Dragon Slayer stood up slowly making the blonde take another step back shifting into a fighting stance when he started to make his way towards her. When he saw that Natsu stopped moving and just stood there frozen as he realized that she was scared of him. 

Lucy's eyes glowed in the dark room as she kept an eye on Natsu who looked like he was having an inner battle with himself, his shoulders shook as he stared right at her. With a sigh, Lucy muttered" This is stupid, I shouldn't be talking to you let alone staying put, I need to find a way to get out of here..." with that said Lucy started to make her way towards one end of the room. As soon as she started walking she was soon followed by Natsu screaming" NO!!!" Lucy let out another shriek as she was tackled to the ground.

The Celestial Mage growled as she tried to squirm her way out of Natsu's arms as he sat up with her. place the blonde in his lap tightening his grip on her so that she couldn't escape.

 As she squirmed Natsu stuffed his face into the nap of her neck as he whimpered" Please don't go, mate has been gone from Slayer for too long.... Slayer is sorry if Slayer did something wrong that made Mate want to leave Slayer." Lucy froze at the word mate, the word sounded familiar to her but she couldn't remember where she heard it before.  When she froze Natsu caught sight of the cut that went down her shoulder and before he could think twice, he leaned down and licked the wound.

 Lucy's eyes widened when she felt his tongue on her shoulder, with her face as red as a tomato Lucy stuttered" Umm N.. Natsu what are you d..doing?"Natsu stopped what he was doing and peered over her shoulder with a blank look as he stated" Slayer healing Mate's shoulder." with that said Natsu went back to licking her shoulder making the blonde shiver in disgust as the saliva ran down her shoulder.

Lucy just sat there freaking out as Natsu kept licking her wound. The blonde tried to figure out what was making him act this way, he wasn't acting like this moment ago or when she met him at that hospital. As she tried to think of some explanation to the reason why Natsu was acting so weird when she caught sight of the pink moss that was growing on the ceiling.

 When she looked at the moss she remembered that Natsu had the same stuff on his face *So the moss must have some kind of effect on people when it comes into contact with skin, but then why didn't it affect me when I touched it? does it only affects Dragon Slayers?*   Lucy thought as Natsu finished up licking her wound.
