Fire of a Phoenix

Ryuu sat down in between the two blondes trying his best not to laugh as he watched Igneel mess with his beard as he pouted about evil crab man with scissors. Lucy explained to him that she called out one of her spirits to get the older man groomed which made the said man exclaim saying that she was a demon for sicking her hair dog after him. 

As he watched Lucy and Igneel banter back and forth about proper hygiene. He took a glance at the blonde's feet that were bare seeing that they were still a little blistered even after Grandine healed her. 

They were startled when two bright flashes of light erupted in the middle of the room. When the light died down they saw a ginger-haired man in a  business suit, pushing up a pair of dark tinted glasses up his nose and a pink-haired woman in a maid outfit with shackles on her wrist holding what looked like clothes in her arms.

Igneel stiffened when he saw them, ready to attack if necessary only to be surprised when the ginger pretty much skipped his way towards Lucy kneeling down in front of the girl as he exclaimed"Hello my love,  I'm so sorry that I, your prince charming didn't come to your rescue, when I tried to open my gate it seemed like it was slammed shut." Lucy rolled her eyes at what he said and how dramatic it was and just gave him a smile as she explained" It's fine Loke, Cancer probably already told you something about his visit earlier?" 

Loke gave her a smug smile as he pushed his glasses up as he replied" Sort of the only words we got out of him before he passed out  was" lucy's fine." and " never seen such bad hair."." Lucy laughed at that pointing towards the red-haired man that grew pale at the mention of that said Spirit as she said" That's because I gave him a tough task for him to do, he seemed like he had fun though because I never saw him go so fast in my life." 

The ginger nodded his head in agreement as he let Lucy explain why he couldn't go through his gate and how the scarlet-haired man had come from. When the blonde was finished Loke was silent and appeared to be calm but if someone were to look into his pale green eyes they would see something that resembled a lion ready to strike.  

With a strangled sigh Loke ran a hand through his hair mumbling to himself about needing a long vacation of some sorts. 

His mumbling was cut short when he heard a small voice say" Awww is the kitty cat getting frustrated?" The Lion Spirit sent a glare towards the small blonde that was taunting him. The spirit silently grabbed the blanket that was crumbled near Lucy's feet and without saying a word, he lunged at the little girl wrapping her up in the blanket. The blonde squealed in protest and tried to escape but couldn't because of the strong grip the male had around her holding her down as he hissed" Ssssshhhhhh, it will be all over soon." She tried to protest but it came out muffled because Loke also had covered her mouth with his hand.

Lucy rolled her eyes as she watched Loke holding down Dray who had a blanket over her head and was trying to escape from the lion's grip that was on her. The Lion Spirit had an Evil grin etched on his face as he heard Dray huff a bit under the blanket and he felt the small girl go limp in his arms submitting to his hold. 

Lucy sighed as she said" Let her go, Loke, she needs to breathe." With a pout, Loke let the small girl go who immediately tor off the blanket with a big gasp from almost suffocating under it.

 Dray sent a glare up towards Loke who was smiling smugly down at her, the small blonde soon had a smirk on her face as she elbowed him in the ribs and quickly ran off.  After catching his breath Loke let out a dark growl" You are sooo going to regret that you little twerp!" A tick mark forming on his head as he jumped from his seat and started chasing the giggling Dray around the room growling in the process.
