Trapped With a Dragon

The walk through the woods was silent as everyone kept looking over their shoulders to make sure that they weren't being followed. As they made their way through the shadowed forest the group had encountered many monsters that wanted to have them either as snacks or fair game. When they reached a clear part of the forest everyone decided that it was time to make camp for the night.

Lucy let out a small Laugh as she watched Dray scrunched up her nose in disgust from the smell that was coming off from the meat in front of her. The blonde scootched away from the fire that was cooking the meat in front of her as she asked" Why does it smell so weird?" Ryuu laid down on his back exhausted from fighting as he sighed" That's probably because the creatures around here have different diets than others in different areas oooooooooorrrr Lucy could've done something when she just had to make that wonderful hole we all fell into, to trap the thing."

 Lucy reached over behind Dray and flicked Ryuu's forehead as she scoffed" You were the only one that fell in Idiot, and let's not forget who pushed you out of the way from being crushed by a tail!" Ryuu only chuckled as he wrapped his cloak closer around himself watching Lucy as Grandine was healing a cut on her right Shoulder from when she pushed him out of the way getting hit instead sending her flying towards the trees. 

From across the fire, Ryuu saw Metalicana cooking the food above the fire that was hanging on melt rods that he had set up. He looked past the Iron Dragon and saw Igneel sleeping on the ground snoring like a grizzly bear. With his cloak balled up behind his head as a pillow, while the rest of his body laid spiraled across the ground.

When the meat was done Metalicana gave everyone a piece. As everyone ate the meat they all had a weird look on their faces from how odd the meat tasted but it was better than nothing and continued to eat it.

A few minutes after eating the meat Ryuu's face started to turn a pale shade of green and before anyone could say ask what was wrong, he took off towards the woods. When he came back he saw everyone's faces were turning the same shade of green as his, and just like Ryuu everyone ran off in different directions.  When they returned everyone's faces were still green and it looked like they were going to puke at any minute.

Lucy held her stomach as she groaned" I don't think it was a wise decision to eat the meat...."Metalicana shook his head as he chuckled" No kidding Bunny..." Everyone weekly chuckled at that. Grandine sighed as she covered her self in a green glow and within a few minutes the color in her face returned. 

When Grandine was finished and the glow disappeared everyone was staring intently at her making feel creeped out as she asked" Ummmm you want me to heal you?" everyone gave her a deadpanned look like they were all saying" What do you think?" with a weak laugh Grandine sweat dropped as she waved her hand in front of her making everyone have a green glow appear around them. 

After a few minutes, everyone was sighing in relief as they felt their start to settle stomachs settle. 

Igneel let out a sigh as he said" It felt like being on a moving train..." Metalicana groaned in agreement as he sat on the ground in a heap. 

Lucy raised an eyebrow at that as she sat down on the ground with Ryuu following suit she asked" You get motion sickness? weren't you guys too big to fit on a train?" Igneel nodded his head in agreement as he explained" Yes we were but when we were in our children, we felt their movements as well as their emotions and pain... So when they got on a train.... Let's just say that creatures that are used to flying don't do well with different means of transportation." The Fire Dragon paled at the thought of moving transportation and had a shiver of disgust run down his spine at the idea of getting on one.
