"I didn't know you'd be here so soon after the..." Alois paused as if he was thinking of what to call the previous events.

"Ballroom incident."

Ciel sighed.

"I'm terribly sorry." He looked at me. I looked away. I don't want Alois to think I'm asking for attention.. And end up like Hanna. Poor thing. She watched from a distance, "dusting". Probably eavesdropping. I can't see why she wouldn't. I honestly respect her.

"I'll make you a deal." Alois says, his smile stretched across his face, and his feet up on the table like he's a king.

"I can let you keep a new servant. For information. I'll doubt they have much though." He scoffs toward us, who were working hard to pick up all of the scattered paperwork by his desk. I freeze.

"New servant. Could I talk to both of them to see which?"

Holly whispers to me.

"I'd rather go with him. We could keep in touch." She smiles kindly.

"No!" I widen my eyes.

"We'll see." Holly looks at her feet.

"Holly! Marie!" Alois gets up.

"Speak with Ciel. I'm sure you're already aware of the situation." He walks out of the room. Claude follows and closes the double doors behind, closing us in with The Lord Phantomhive.
