"When did you arrive here?" Ciel asked, straight-faced as always.

"Three weeks ago." Holly stutters.

"Do you know of Alois' past?" He asks again.

"A little." She murmurs. I don't know what to say! Will I have to explain that we aren't from this world?! But I do know that I never want to return to that horrid old school.

"Marie." He looks at me. I look up.

"Yes?"

"I heard of what you are." I widen my eyes.

"Sebastian had informed me. He could tell." I look at my feet.

"But you see, your powers attract attention. We don't want that kind of attention to spotlight the Phantomhives." He sips his tea.

You two. Decide." He stands up and walks out of the room, leaving me and Holly in silence.

"I'll go." Holly whispered.

"No! How will we stay in touch?!" I cry.

"We can write letters and visit." She says quietly.

"Your abilities could get you hurt if they're in the wrong hands." I realize that she's correct.

"Fine. But we need to keep in touch." I blink back tears.

"We will."

"Promise?"

"Promise."
