"Oh my gosh Demi!" Taylor screeches kneeling down to her. "I'm sorry! I didn't know she was gonna do that!" She exclaims.

"Doesn't matter, just call an ambulance please." Demi chokes being in so much pain, Taylor nods before bring out her phone. She Dialled 911 ready to press call until she heard someone's voice behind her, she looks up seeing Amy.

"Don't do it Tay, leave her to suffer." Amy states ignoring Demi's cries for pain.

"No way I'm not, maybe I hadn't liked her in the past but that doesn't mean I should just leave her to possibly die on the school floor, you've taken it too far this time so if you're not gonna help just leave." She stresses before hitting call on her phone rolling her eyes when she hears Amy groan and storm off. She explains the situation through the phone sighing of relief when they said an ambulance was on the way. She places her phone back in her bag before taking hold of Demi's hands hopefully trying to comfort her but Demi is in too much pain to be comforted, she cries harder when she feels something trickling down her leg so much hoping it was her wetting herself and not blood.

"Y-you want me to call Joe?" Taylor stutters terrified with what's gonna happen. Demi shakes her head before attempting to answer back.

"H-he's a-already at the h-hospital." She cokes and Taylor nods knowing he is studying to be a doctor, hopefully he can play a part in hopefully saving Demi and his children.

Joe rushes through the halls of the hospital heading towards where Demi is in critical condition, he hadn't heard the details yet, just knowing she is in danger as well his three children. He turn the corner rushing down again the hall ignoring Sel and Miley before heading into the room. His heart shatters when he sees Demi laid down there looking as if she's in agony.

"Joe!" She screams and he rushes over wrapping his arms around her loosely around her making sure not to hurt her as she buries her head in his chest in attempt to make the pain go away, it didn't but she does feel a bit safer.

"We're gonna have to do emergency c-section, the baby you landed on is in danger." The nurse explains making Demi cry harder, Joe is just trying to be strong for her. It won't help her if a doctor starts crying, it will show her that there is more danger. The nurse begins pushing her away keeping Joe back for a minute.

"You wanna come watch from our side?" He questions. "It's okay if you don't want to." Joe thinks about it realising he should be beside Demi and if one of his babies were to come out not crying he would see them suffer.

"I think I'll stay with Demi." He states and the doctor nods leading him through.

Demi had the c-section and is currently recovering from it Joe close by her side, they're laying there in silence just holding each other. They hadn't heard any news about any of them yet but have been informed that Demi would be okay since she hadn't lost a lot of blood. Demi is thankful Taylor was there when she was, if she hadn't called the ambulance when she did Demi could have been in much worse condition. Demi hadn't told Joe what happened yet either.

"It's been ages." Demi complains and Joe sighs.

"It's been 5 minutes, you starting to feel your body again?" He questions.

"A bit." She explains holding onto his hand tighter as the door creeks open a doctor appearing at the door. They take in a deep breath ready to hear the news which will either make their day a whole lot better or just ruin it. The doctor takes a seat on the end of Demi's bed neither Joe or Demi able to read his expression.

"Because when you were tripped over you landed on your right side you landed on your little girl," He begins Joe's eyes widening, she was tripped? "I'm sorry, we couldn't save her.
