Episode 31

I decided to update before I go to bed because I love you haha

"That's good new sweetie, I think," Dianna says and Demi laughs as they both look down at the scan picture where they can clearly see 3 circles drawn out. Demi is somewhat nervous about having three, wondering whether she can handle her three babies all wanting her at the same time. But she guesses she has no choice in it, she has to do it. "Where's Joe?" She questions and Demi sighs taking a seat on the chair next to her.

"He went straight up into our room. He's been distant all day, he's so upset about his mom." She admits and Dianna sighs as well.

"Maybe try calling Nick and talk to him about something?" Dianna suggests and Demi nods climbing up from her chair and into the study room where she will be alone. She allows the phone to ring for a couple of moments before thinking he isn't going answer. She was about to hang up herself before she heard her name on the other side.

"Hey Demi," Nick greets and she sighs greeting him back. "What's wrong?" He questions a bit worried that something has gone wrong with the pregnancy or even something is wrong with his older brother. Demi begins explaining how Joe has been acting all day not adding in the triplet parts, she doesn't want to be the one to tell Joe's family, he should be the one even if he is holding a grudge against one of them.

"Mom is upset too that he won't talk to her." Nick admits, that makes her feel a bit better. 

"I can see why he is upset but he just isn't acting the same, I don't like it." She admits back.

"Just try and get him to talk to her, they should try and sort things out by themselves." Nick suggests and Demi sighs again knowing she's already tried.

"I've tried already, he's not going to." Demi states.

"Just try and convince him, he'll give up eventually." Nick says and Demi nods even though he can't see her. They have a quick chat about random things before hanging up. She really hopes she can get him to call her but when he puts his mind to something it takes a lot for him to change her mind and she learnt within a couple of months knowing him. She begins making her way upstairs not even getting half way when he hears him crying. She sighs for the millionth time this morning picking up her pace a bit. She lays down on the bed next to him holding him against her chest as he cries hysterically into her chest. She just lays there comforting him wondering whether it's more than just his mom he's upset about and he was using that as an excuse. She's never seen him like this, so hysterical that his body is shaking.

"Calm down Joe, you'll make yourself sick," Demi shushing him helping him a bit. He tries his best to calm down but it still crying a bit. "That's better." Demi states kissing his head, his arms find their way back around her making her smile gently even though he still has his pot on from the crash which will hopefully be coming off very soon. Demi smiles when she begins hearing soft snores coming from him not wanting to move to disturb him. Demi looks over at the door when she hears to opening, her mom appears with a glass over water. She walks over placing it on the bed side table.

"Is he okay?" She whispers and Demi shrugs.

"He's fallen asleep." Demi states.

"Bless him, I'll go make some lunch ready for when he wakes up." She states before walking out Demi not helping but smile again. She begins stroking his hair gently making him un-tense in his sleep. Demi soon finds herself falling asleep as well still holding securely onto her boyfriend not wanting to let go so he is hurting again. She has school on Monday but not sure if she wants to leave him alone if he's like this, unfortunately by the time her babies have been born it will be exam season so she really has to work hard without gaining to much stress to hurt her babies. She always wanted kids but she never thought she would be having them this early in her life but then again she never thought she'd find a boyfriend before she met Joe and can't help but think he is way too good for her and deserves better. She just takes him for granted.

I think I should be alright updating during hoildays, it's just when I go back to college I'm not so sure about. We'll have to see :P
