"What you looking at?" Nash asked dazily.

Zayn was on his computer, busy typing away what seemed to be very important.

Zayn looked up and smiled, she was finally awake.

"The prettiest girl I've ever seen." Zayn charmed.

"Ha ha ha funny."

"It's true. You're lovely."

"My face or my ass?" She snapped.

"You're personality, your eyes. Your smile, your hair. Everything, everyone that created you. You're a star, Nash. A literal fucking star. There isn't anything you can't do."

"You're so cheesy." Nash said, sitting up from the spot she laid in.

"Why am I not at the nurse? I don't feel well."

"She's out today."

"Oh well in that case. My head hurts, the sun is too bright and I see two of you."

"Take some of this."

"What is it?"

"Medicine, for your headache."

Nash looked at the pill suspiciously, looking up and Zayn then at the medicine.

"Do you trust me?"

"Ugh fine." Nash frowns, taking the two Tylenols and drinking them with water.

"Did I win?" She asks regarding the dodgeball game she played this morning.

The one where she got hit in the head and fell onto the floor unconscious.

Let's just say the cheerleaders did not like her very much.

Not after the stunt she pulled with Stephanie, the head cheerleader.

Nash replaced Stephanie's, Melanie's twin sister, hair shampoo with nair.

Nash "accidentally" burnt Stephanie's biology homework.

Nash broke the windows on Stephanie's car and slashed the tires.

Stephanie rightfully accused Nash of all these malice acts but Nash was completely innocent in the eyes of the principle, Jake's father.

After all, hell hath no wrath like a scorned D'Martinez.

"Yes, darling. You won."

"Zayn look at me when you're talking to me, that's rude." Nash critiqued, looking up into his eyes.

"I'm sorry love, I've just been looking for apartments and I'm going insane. Heather won't leave me alone."

"Heather?"

"My..it's not important."

"Heather's your girlfriend?"

"Not by choice."

"What does that mean?" She asks, eyebrows furrowed together in confusion.

"It's complicated."

"Then un-complicate it for me."

"Her father brought me into the country and now I owe him." Zayn answered, not daring to look up from his computer.

He could tell Nash was not happy.

"Owe him what?"

"Another year of being with Heather De Blac."

"The Heather? As in the daughter of De Blac designs?"

"The one and only." Zayn said with a fake smile.
