Well it's raining today. Any plans we had for going to the beach have gone out the window. Today is going to be a lot different than the rest of our holiday. But I guess that's a good thing. I'm still snuggled up in my blankets. The rain is drumming against the roof and Darius is still fast asleep. I can hear Penelope and Zac giggling in the other room. Bo is in the bed next to ours playing a game on his phone.
"What do you feel like doing today?' I whisper, accidentally breaking his concentration, "whoops sorry."
"Aw nah, it's fine. We could go to the movies for a bit. That's always a good thing to do when it rains," Bo's voice has hints of a British accent as he speaks.
"We could look up times and what's on and decide. So when everyone asks what the plan is for today, we don't have to take forever trying to decide," I sit up and lean against the pillows.
"Yeah. No drama. I noticed that there is an X-box in the lounge. We could buy some games and have everyone over here for the afternoon. Spend the day just chilling," Bo says as the movie time's load on his phone.
Darius stirs in his sleep, his arm lands on my lap and attempts to pull me closer. I laugh and pat his hair. This instantly wakes him up. Bo and I watch him as he rubs his eyes, stretches his arms above his hair, repositions his junk and lets out a sigh before opening his eyes, "hi," he says when he realises that he has two sets of eyes watching him.
"Hi," I smile down at him.
"What's up?" he asks, the poor guy looks so confused,
"We're just looking up movie times," Bo holds up his phone.
"Oh cool," Darius says before sighing and resting his head in my lap.
"It's raining and we thought going to see a movie then coming back here to play video games would be a good idea," I explain.
"I like that idea," he gives us the thumbs up sign.
"Good cause, you didn't really have a choice," Bo chuckles, "you gotta keep that smile on your girl's face."
"It's a pretty smile, isn't it?"
"For sure," Bo laughs.
"Come get in with us," Darius waves Bo over, "I've missed your snuggles," I give them both a weird look, "when we were competing in dance comps. We would always room together. Sometimes we would only get a double bed. So we'd watch movies and stuff in bed. There was nothing weird to it. I was just being silly," Darius elaborates.
"You can snuggle all you like, you haven't seen each other in seven months," I smile. Bo gets into our bed from Darius' side. So Darius is in the middle.
"Well there's some kind of dystopian action movie at 11:30 and an artsy sort of one at 12," Bo says after getting comfortable.
"Adley just texted me and said they are going for a drive up the coast to some museum, do we want to go?" I ask.
"Nope," Darius states plainly, "I want to go to the movies. Buy video games, play video games and eat takeaways. They can have a cool day out and the five of us can hang out."
"Okay," I nod, quickly tapping a reply and sending it off.
"Zaaaaac!" Darius yells, beckoning the previously giggling pair.
"Yeah," Zac says as he opens the door to see the three of us in bed, "ooh," is all he says before ushering Penelope inside.
"What are we doing?" Penelope questions as she slides in next to me.
"Trying decide what movie to go and see," Bo tells her. Zac gets in next to Penelope leaving me smack bang in the middle. Bo shows the couple our options and they pick the 11:30 movie.
"It's 10:05 now and it'll take half an hour to drive to the bigger town. So we have 55 minutes to get ready. We better get hustling," Zac rolls of the bed and lands on the ground with a thud. Bo follows suit and gets out of bed.
"There's only one bathroom," I remind everyone.
"We've already showered," Penelope winks as she walks out the door.
"Oh that's what the giggling was about," Bo chuckles.
"Indeed now it's our turn," Darius takes his hand.
"Woah guys. No need to rub it in my face," I fake sass.
"Sorry. But it is what it is," Bo sass clicks and the two of them walk out of the room holding hands.
"You shower first," Darius says when they walk back in, "Emme takes a while to pick my clothes."
"No I don't."

"Wow that movie was so interesting. Usually dystopian films are about some big corporation ruining the environment and taking over the world. But the human race was taken out by kid not washing his hands properly after going to the toilet. It's such a weird concept but kind of cool at the same time. Imagine if that actually happened. It makes me want to wash my hands all the time," Zac looks down at his hands, "I feel like I'm covered in bacteria."
"Same here," a shiver runs down Darius' spine, causing him to twitch.
"What games are we planning on getting?" Penelope totally ignores their complaints.
"Mario Karts," Darius says excitedly.
"Alright, Mario Karts it is. But we're going to need another game too. Otherwise we'll get sick of playing it," she hands him the case.
"Super Mario Galaxy 2," Zac smiles.
"It's a brother thing," I say to Penelope when she rolls her eyes.
"I swear my brothers would have picked more interesting games," Penelope shakes her head.
"We used to play it as kids," Bo says, "I remember as soon as school was over we ran back to the South's house and we would play Super Mario games. Then it was after dance practice. It is our tradition."
"The three musketeers are back together again. Don't cramp our style," Darius sticks his nose in the air even though he is trying his best not to laugh.
"Hey," I tap my hand against his bum, "be nice."
"Aw Penelope I love you," he picks her up and spins around, "thank you for letting us get Mario Karts. You're the best," he kisses her cheek.
"Darius you're so weird," she shakes her head when he places her on her feet again.
"But you love me," he smiles and walks away quickly.

"You suck!" Penelope yells when Zac overtakes her.
"My dick!" Zac says in the excitement of the moment.
"Yuuuck!" Bo pretends to gag.
"I'm so hungry," Darius says randomly, "my stomach keeps rumbling."
"What do you feel like eating?" I run my hands through his hair. He is sat on the floor below me while I sit on the couch.
"Chinese, specifically sweet and sour pork," he leans back for a kiss. I press my lips against his and he smiles.
"Is everyone all good with that?" I ask.
"Yes very," Bo grins.
"Alright I'll call and order. I know the best place," I pick up my phone.
"You are the best," Penelope hi-fives me.
"I love Chinese food," Bo comments.
"It's always good," Zac agrees.
"The perfect end to a great day," Darius sings.
