Cypress (A RWBY fan fic)

Chapter 15: Bad Dance Moves.

Cypress woke up "I want a pet!" she exclaimed as she was getting ready for class. "I would like one too but you know we can't have one C they don't allow pets at Beacon." Shade said in agreement. "But Ruby gets one." Cypress said pouting at her team mate. "I can get you a stuffed one if you want.." Ash said trying to be nice when the door swung open "Hey guys guess what I just found out!" Platinum said between huffs. "Wait what I thought you were still asleep why are you up so early?" Shade asked so confused as Cypress looked at his bed seeing a lump and nodding towards Shade. "Pillows, and the academy is putting on a dance! We should totally all go together like double date? You know.. Team building!" Platinum said with a big smile as the team looked happily at each other except Cypress. "Nope." She stated and Platinum stared at her like she killed his favorite person. "Why not?" Ash asked confused why Cypress didn't want to go to the dance. "because I don't want to and I can't dance." Cypress blurted out really quick. "What?" Shade asked not understanding what Cypress just said because she said it so fast. "I can't dance even if I practiced and learned the dance it still looks like I have bad dance moves." She sheepishly said while blushing embarrassed by herself. Shade laughed "come on C it's just for fun!" Ash shook his head with a big smile on his face but it quickly faded. "TEAM BUILDING!!!" He suddenly yelled and was throwing his stuff into a bag while everyone looked at him confused. Platinum suddenly went wide eyed "OH SHOOT PAINTBALL! The trip was today! Hurry we can still make it we have *looks at his scroll and suddenly slammed the door open booking it down the hall* 5 minutes!!" With that everyone began running to the door shoving each other out of the way, thankfully making it to the bus with 30 seconds to spare. As they sat on the bus they were greeted by professor Oobleck "Glad to see you made it team Cypress. Anyhow as you heard from professor Ozpin we will be playing paintball outside the walls of Beacon today for the sole purpose of not having to clean Beacon up. We will not be giving you guys paintball guns, instead we will be giving specially made paintball ammo for your weapons. Once you are shot I want you to meet me right back at the edge of the forest. I will be telling you the teams when we arrive." He said as everyone was nodding and went back to their original conversations. A good 15 minutes went by and we were almost there and professor Oobleck began to speak again "As you may know professor Port is accompanying me today in hopes to make sure everyone is playing fair as we will be meeting the other schools there. Now the teams are Team CPAS (Cypress) and SSSN, teams RWBY and JNPR, CRDL and BRNZ,CFVY and ABRN, and finally NDGO and FNKI. Good luck! And find your other teammates!" Oobleck said as the bus stopped. Students were soon pushing and shoving each other off the bus causing Cypress to laugh until she got out of her seat and got shoved hard she stopped in her tracks, narrowing her eyes she turns around as Shade tries to calm the situation by telling Cypress just to keep going. Cardin stood behind her with a smirk on his lips, her ears went back and she gritted her teeth. "Hey, aren't you the guy who bullied Juane and Velvet a few months ago too?" She asked remembering his face. "Awe are they your wittle fwends?" He asked puppy talking her. Shade sighed getting off the bus looking for the professors. Cypress was fuming at this point how dare he puppy talk her she grabbed his left arm and right leg picking him up with as much strength as she could, took the few steps the stairs of the bus and threw him out the door. "NEVER puppy talk me again!" She yelled as she looked up seeing the other students staring at her in awe realizing that Cardin and her were the last ones on the bus and the other schools came to the bus waiting for them to get off. Cardin landed with a thud as Cypress brought her hand to the back of her neck and chuckled nervously showing her canines with her ears partly back. Professor Port came over trying to deal with the situation as professor Oobleck began to set up the game. After a harsh talk with professor Port Cypress was free to go and they began the games.

Courtney here.. Sooooooo uhhmmm hiya! Sorry for the very long wait school happened and uh life and stuff but I am back and I know I said I was gonna be back last time but this time I am for real. Now I will go ahead and say I will not promise updates to much but I will still be working on this because I am begining an Xreader book on Attack on Titan so if you guys are interested I'll let you know so you check it out or even give me some ideas now on who you'd like an xreader on. With this said it is Attack on Titan due to Hulu's partial release of season two. With the also said if you'd like me to do an x reader it does not have to be rwby.
