"So, you guys remember what to do right."
"Yes, Rowan calm down. We remember since you told us at least twelve times."
"Thanks Aedion for your greatly needed sarcasm."
"Get ready guys here she comes!"

Aelin P.O.V
I am so hungry. Let's see what I got in the kitchen. Where is everyone? I walk into the kitchen it's unusually dark to I light the candle next to the pantry. No food. Since when does that ever happen in this castle.
Creeek
There's someone behind me. Where is my knife? Oh, shit it's in the room. Your getting soft. Just then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and kicked my attacker in the stomach. I put my foot on their throat.
"Who are you what do you want?"
I summoned a ball of fire to illuminate my attackers face. It was Rowan.
"Happy Birthday Fireheart!"
Just then all the lights turned on and I saw all of the castle staff along with all of my friends and family.
"Happy Birthday!" They shouted.
"Hey Aelin, could you do me a favor?"
"Yeah sure Rowan anything."
"Can you get off me so that I can give you a kiss?"
"Sure, and here I was thinking I was getting soft. I just took you down Rowan."
"Yeah right. Rematch tomorrow. Bring it on!"
