Chapter 42

"What is wrong princess?" Niall asks as soon as I settled down on the soft seat.

Perhaps he'd seen me get so nervous and honestly, I was really nervous. Yes I'd been so excited at first when he told to accompany him but now I was not so sure about it.

"Niall I'm really nervous. Do you think they'll like me? "I asked him.

He looks at me surprisingly and laughs. I wonder what's so funny.

" Oh, Kaity, why would you think that? Of course they'll love you very much. "He says confidently.

I almost laugh at myself. I remember the last time telling Niall that my mom would like him. And it was true. My mom liked him instantly.

He clasps my hand in his and looks into my eyes very intently.

" Kaitlyn baby, don't worry. My mom, dad and brother will love you. You're so adorable. "

You'd never know a mother would be thinking. But I really hope she will like me and We'll be great friends.

What if she didn't like me?

" Are you sure Niall? "

He nods vigorously and says," Yes I'm sure. There's no doubt about it. "

I cheer up a bit and secretly hope that what he's saying it's true. But then I decide to keep strong.

He hugs me and I feel more assured.

" Okay then, if you say so. "

I sat back and relaxed. Having Niall would make my fear go away. At least he would be my strength that I need very much and I hope I wouldn't be so nervous.

The attendant passes by and Niall calls her. He tells her to bring some food. I was very hungry at the time and I had forgotten about it because of my nervousness.

Two minutes later, the attendant comes carrying a tray and places it on a small table. As soon as she leaves, Niall begins eating hungrily. I laugh and he looks at me.

"You're going to choke. "
He laughs heartily and I laugh louder.
" No."

We both continue eating in silence and me admiring the sky,at the same time stealing glances at Niall.

He smiles me and I smile back.

Attention everyone, please buckle your seatbelts, we'll be landing in Five minutes.

On hearing that, I looked at Niall who had by now finished eating. I was also eating my last chip.

"Oh, I can't believe we're home. I know you're going to love it Sweetheart. "

Before I knew it, the plane landed and we were getting out.

" Ni, are they picking us up? ", I asked.

" Yes, they should be here already. "

I gulped hard and that's when I heard someone shouting just a few metres away.

" Niall! "

We both looked back and saw a guy, probably a few years older than us, coming towards us.

" Greg! "They hugged each other.

A woman was also coming towards us, whom I guessed was Niall's mom. She reached us and hugged Niall as well.

" Mom, Greg, Let me introduce you to Kaitlyn, my girlfriend and my future wife."
Kaitlyn, meet my mom and brother Greg. "

He turned to me and smiled lovingly at me.

" Nice to meet you ma'm", I stretched out my hand for her to take. Nice to meet you too Greg, I said.
Niall's mom came forward and hugged me and Greg did the same thing.

"Oh my God Niall, you've got a beautiful girl. "

" Yes, I love her so much. "
They continued talking until Niall's mom decided it was enough.

" I know you're both tired, let's go home and rest."

With that, we got into the car and Greg drove us out of the airport.
