Chapter Eight

Isabelle's P.O.V.

Bitch ditched me, I thought angrily.

'Can't blame her, Izzy. I mean you are kind of rude. Plus, she had something important to do,' Zoe said and I could hear the smirk in her voice.

'Really, is that the best you've got?' I asked, amused. 'I mean, seriously, Z?'

'I'll think of a better come back later,' she grumbled at me and I chuckled.

I tugged on the handcuffs and heard something that sounded a lot like metal cracking. My eyes darted to the cuff, smiled and tugged harder than before. I was greeted with the sight of the pipe breaking off and I grimaced. I then slid the cuff off the rusty pipe.

"If I were a key, where would I be?" I whispered looking around and trying to find it so I didn't have a pair of handcuffs stuck to my wrist. After awhile I gave up and walked out of the room.

"What's with the cuff?" A guy asked, nodding towards it. I noticed he was very hot with brown hair, brown eyes, pink lips, and muscles.

Me, being me, snapped at him, "None of your damn business," I gave him a death glare and walked away, hoping he wouldn't call or follow me. Must be my lucky day, 'cuz he didn't.

'Izzy, want to know what I wish?'

'No,' I replied, bored.

'Well, I'm going to tell you anyway. I wish you would-'

'ROGUES!' someone shouted through the mind link. Excitement raced through my body and a grin spread across my face. I ran to where I smelt the dirty little intruders.

As soon as I got outside the pack house, I saw them. There was about 30 rogues but we had the upper hand in numbers. Everyone was fighting, too busy to see a wolf go after a little kid, but I did. I leaped towards the rogue, shifting in mid air, and tackled him.

I shifted back quickly and noticed my cuffs were off and lying next to the wolf.

"SHIFT," I commanded and the wolf whimpered but did as told. I quickly chained him to a tree and punched him hard in the face, causing him to quickly pass out.

I shifted back into my wolf and looked around. A lot of the pack was wounded and I knew that they wouldn't last long.

Annabelle ran out of the forest with a girl following close behind.

'Isabelle, what's going on?' She asked through our mind link.

'Rogue attack, pack members are hurt,' I replied and Annabelle shifted, running towards me. The other wolf joined the fight.

'I have a plan but I need you to help,' then I told her what I came up with.

'Let's do it,' Annabelle said, nodding her giant head.

At the same time, Annabelle and I both howled out an ear pitching note and all the fighting stopped, with all the wolves whimpered and tried to cover their ears but they where frozen in place.

'Keep that note, Annabelle,' I told her and made my way to the wolves.

'Shift back,' I said into the mind link and my pack shifted. I walked up to the first rogue that I saw and ripped out his throat, killing him instantly.

Annabelle kept up the note while I went through all the rogues, killing them as I went until the only rogue left was the one tied to a tree.

'You can stop now, Anna ' I told her and she stopped.
