Cameron has been staying with us for a week. So far, he hasn't tried anything. It's not like I don't like cameron, but I'm still hesitant because if my last boyfriend, Tyler.

Now don't get me wrong, Tyler helped me out when I was at my worst but he was abusive. I never ever told anyone, I was so used to it. I thought I loved him, maybe at one time I did. I'm still just not ready to get out of my comfort zone with Cameron.

Nash and the boys are watching a scary movie, so I make them popcorn. I put the package in the microwave and press 4 minutes, Cameron walks in.

"Why are you ignoring me?" Cam approaches me.

I sign, "Cam, I'm not ignoring you." I explain, "I'm just not ready for a relationship."

"Who said I wanted to be in a relationship." He says as he eats M&M's.

Woah that surprised me, "Well, let's see. First you try to hold my hand when you first got here, then you tried cuddling with me after dinner, and then your always up in my grill!" I argue.

"Is it such a bad thing to fall for me?" Cameron quietly says.

"Cameron, can we talk about the later." I whine as I put the popcorn into a bowl.

Cameron takes the bowl and walks out the room. I decide to go upstairs and take a shower. The hot water makes skin pink and lather my in coconut shampoo. I change into black booty shorts and a shirt that has Matt on it, even smells like him.

I hop into my bed and turn off the light. I check up on twitter, nothing. I text a few of my friends, and then I turn off my phone. I hear the door move, and I freeze.

"Hey it's just me" I hear Cameron say as he tiptoes to my bed.

"Cameron, you scared the shit out of me, don't do that again." I laugh. "What are you doing in my room? It's midnight." I whine.

"You told me to talk to you later about us, so that's why I'm here." He says as he lays next to me.

I put my hands over my face and moan, "Cameron, I wasn't being serious."

"Maddie, just talk to me." Cameron looks at me dead serious.

I frown "Cameron, I'm really tired"

"I'm not leaving until you tell me."

"Cameron-"

"Your bed is so comfy."

"Fine!" I say. "Okay, what do you want to talk about."

Cameron raises his eyebrow, I can perfectly see him from the moonlight coming through my window.

"Why won't you give me a chance?" He asks me.

I roll over, facing him completely, "Cameron, it's not like I don't want to date you. I just need some time to get over something. Something, about my ex boyfriend." I spill my guys out to this perfect boy laying across from me.

"Why didn't you tell me? I'll give you all the time you need, okay? I'll be here every step of the way. Now let's go to sleep." Cameron says as he wraps his big arms around me.

"You're supposed to leaving now." I tell him.

"Hey, I said I'll be here every step of the way right? So I'm staying. Goodnight beautiful." He pulls me closer.

"Whatever, goodnight Cameron." I roll over so I'm facing the wall and I slowly drift asleep.

"Time to get up, we are going to are carnival today." Cameron pushes the hair out of my face.

"I'm taking a shower and no, you're not invited." I say slamming my door. Ugh, I'm not in a good mood.
