Married life was suiting Lyanna well. They had been married for at least two weeks, and Lyanna had never been more content in herself and her life. All day was spent with Willas, their first day of marriage not even making it out of their quarters.

After being married to Joffrey, where she had no choice but to let him do what he wanted, Willas thought Lyanna wouldn't want to sleep with him straight away. He was ready to wait for her, even if they were married, for as long as it took to let her feel comfortable with him seeing her, let alone touching her. Yet, much to Willas' surprise and admiration, she did, almost as if to rewrite all the bad memories as soon as possible. Willas may not have taken her maidenhood, but she made sure that he knew he was the first man to have her trust and her love.

It was early morning, the sun only just rising when Lyanna woke. Her eyelids were still heavy with sleep as the sun began to shine through the drapes of their open window. She sat up, leaning on her arm, just to look at Willas. He was still sleeping, and the sight of his face made her heart ache with love. Though she was only nineteen, the age gap didn't bother her. He may be in his mid-twenties, but she loved him for his heart, as he did her. There had been worse age gaps in marriages, and in those there was no love.

Looking down at him, Lyanna smiled as she thought how lucky she was. After all the pain and suffering she had not so long ago, it seemed quite radical to imagine that everything had changed so much. She'd not been home in the north for almost four years, but had gained a new one in the reach, just how she had gained a new family with the Tyrell's since the loss of her own. She missed Robb with an aching heart, as well as Bran and Rickon, and she longed for the day she would see Jon, Sansa and Arya again, if they were alive still, but she cared for Garlan, Loras and Margaery how Willas did.

It was then that she noticed his eyelids opening, and as he caught sight of Lyanna through squinted vision, a smile played across his face. Lyanna lent down and placed a kiss on his lips, Willas putting his hands on her shoulders, pulling her down to him. She smirked as she laid back down alongside him, their faces so close they were touching, their noses Eskimo-kissing. The two grinned at each other as Lyanna sighed out contently.

"Good morning my beautiful Lady wife," he smiled gently.

"It's way past morning," Lyanna noted. "We should start getting up earlier, our wedding was weeks ago now,"

"Why should I get up and do the same monotony around High Garden when I could stay here with you?" He laughed gently. "You're far more interesting than anything this city has to offer, you and your stories. Tell me one now, my love?"

"How about the one where-" Lyanna offered, just as she heard a knock at the door.

"Ignore it, it's probably another request from my grandmother about having lunch with her, and there's only so many times I can do that in a week," Willas tried, but Lyanna simply rolled her eyes, pushing a kiss onto his lips, still open from talking, and got up, wrapping herself in a thin night robe.

Upon getting to the door, she opened it to see a handmaiden stood, her hands folded in front of her. As she saw Lyanna, she straightened, and cleared her throat.

"Lady Lyanna, there's a visitor for you from the capital, and he insists you see him as soon as you can," she said smoothly as Lyanna frowned.

"Who is this visitor?" Willas asked, moving to stand behind Lyanna.

"He gave no name, my lord, all he said was that it was urgent to talk with you," she said.

"Very well, just let me get dressed," Lyanna nodded, ignoring the churning feeling of nerves in her stomach as she turned away, shutting the door.
